I am responding to the complaint you received about selling a truck and sending him different picturesI had three identical trucksIt is standard practice to submit to the truck paper where he saw the add, pictures of one of these
trucks, which I didI listed in the add that I had three of these trucks As they sold I am naturally down to one truck when he called about itOver the next several days I sent him pictures of inside and outside of this truck he looked atI sent every angle he asked for and answered text messagesHe flew here after I suggested he come later so I could be there, but he had already bought his tickets.He arrives to look at the truck and calls me and starts finding all kinds of fault with the truckHe would not even let me answer him and yes, I did tell him to be quiet and let me talkI DID NOT call him a bd! He test drove the truck and said he did not want itHe then asks me to lower the price, which I did notHe called me a time later that evening, making threats to me and my companyHe sent me several threatening texts of which I am including some with this letterI never insulted him or did anything unprofessionalThis is not uncommon when looking for a used truckPictures can only show so muchThe buyer then shows up and sees things that he does not like and decides not to buy the truckWhat is uncommon is to have someone make threatening calls and texts! I proceeded to block his phone number not knowing what he would text or what threats he would makeHe needs to be made aware that I too have rights and will exercise them if necessaryAlthough I am sorry for his expense, I will not be paying for his plane ticket or apologizing when I did nothing unethicalThe truck was a very nice truck and was priced about $below retailThank you,

Review: I fund one of the PMT Express Truck located near [redacted] Pa on the truck paper with the pictures.I called the owner of the company Paul * M[redacted]/around 70 years old guys/ he was offering one of his truck for sale off the truck paper with updated it photo"S.I did the all financial works and I flew to Pa 400$ flight each way..He knows evrything who I am and he was sending me a pictures for about two weeks with his truck for sale but all of them was not real - the last 2 pictures was real but taken from angel to be not recognized from the rest of the picturesWhen I got to Pa I saw the nightmare not the truck --- was similar truck to that I wanted to buy but very dirty,rusty,stinky peace of metal /40k/...I ask him where is the truck I come for he said /over the phone -not even saw him because he was playing to the end and sent his soldiers /workers/ to do the deal with me...in one of the conversation I told him:sir this is not this truck I saw on the pictures with old frame recaps tires and leaking oils and grease from all over--he said shut your mouth up bd and listen this is this truck you wanna buy!After my conversation he called to the financial services I was doing the loan and ask for the money did they sent the money to his accountPlease BE AWARE THIS COMPANY THIS GUY OLDER MAN WHO IS LAYING AND PLAYING WITH THE OTHER LIVES THIS GUYS PUT ME IN THE TROUBLES NOW BECAUSE I HAD TO PAY FOR 1000$ FOR TICKETS FLIGHTS AND FINES FROM FINANCIAL COMPANYHE WAS LOUGHING AT THE ENDI TEXT HIM WHAT KIND OF PERSON YOU HAVE TO BE TO KNOW ALL SITUATION AND ACTING LIKE A KIDPLEASE PEOPLE DON"T DO THE BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY HE IS UNPREDICTABLE I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AND END UP IN COURT PRETTY SOONDesired Settlement: RETURN MY FLIGHTS TICKET AND BIG APOLOGIZE

I sent every angle he asked for and answered 66 text messages. He flew here after I suggested he come later so I could be there, but he had already bought his tickets.He arrives to look at the truck and calls me and starts finding all kinds of fault with the truck. He would not even let me answer him and yes, I did tell him to be quiet and let me talk. I DID NOT call him a bd! He test drove the truck and said he did not want it. He then asks me to lower the price, which I did not.He called me a time later that evening, making threats to me and my company. Pictures can only show so much. The buyer then shows up and sees things that he does not like and decides not to buy the truck. What is uncommon is to have someone make threatening calls and texts!
