Very unprofessional operationAfter registering, no information was sent until I called back and specifically asked for logistics detailsA couple of days before the class, they email that it is canceledThey offered to switch to a virtual class but then never sent any information for itThe phone number does not go to the company but is a just screener to collect information and then try to forward along if anyone is available on the other side (often not)I have requested money back and would advise against using PMTC

I took the PMP class in Reston last week, Monday through Thursday and passed my exam this Saturday I wanted to take the class in January but PMTC advised me to take it later because of a change to the exam Looking back I really appreciate those insights, because there was way too much to prepare for, had I kept my January goalOne thing that could be improved is the customer service follow upI was confused as to the new class dates and had to call several times to get clarification In class however, I had a great experienceMany of the questions were situation based and the instructor did a great job of teaching me how to "think like a PMP"Studying the context and thinking about the question from the perspective of "where am I? " in the question was very helpfulI'll be following up next year to take my PMI-ACP exam and I expect to take that class with PMTC for sure

I scheduled a month in advance, coordinated with my work, family, etc. My class was advertised as "Guaranteed to Run" but they did not live up to their policy. They cancelled the class and they did not reimburse me after several request attempts. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get reimbursed for the cost of the class. I also have not received $70 for rescheduling a certification class - they promised that this cost would also be covered because of the class cancellation. I kept very detailed oriented and I have documentation of each email and phone call - I plan file a police report for fraud.

I work for Blue Cross Blue Shield at a very large PMO. A coworker and I signed up for a training class that would take place Monday through Wednesday. Monday morning, on my way to the class, I received a call from PMTC that they could not secure a trainer for the class I paid for. I asked for a refund and was told that my refund would be credited to my account in 3-5 business days. The refund was never processed by PMTC and I contacted them literally 8 times over the next 2 weeks. I finally had to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. PMTC's billing department kept ignoring my emails. I would NEVER recommend anyone to deal with them.
I have well over 80 project managers in my department and I'm making sure no one uses them.
