Please allow me to respond to your complaint filed on January 5, with the Revdex.com ("Revdex.com”) regarding your PNC Bank, National Association ("PNC”) checking account ("Account”) ending in ***I appreciate the opportunity to address your concernsOn July 22, and July 24, 2014,
PNC received two (2) disputes from you alleging errors related to two (2) debit card transactions from *** *** in the amount of $that posted to your Account on July 1, 2014, and *** in the amount of $that posted your Account on July 11, The information provided in the disputes indicated that you authorized the transactions but the items were returnedUpon receipt of these disputes, PNC began the investigation into the disputed transactionsProvisional credit in the amounts of $and $were issued to your Account while we investigated your claimWritten notification of the provisional credits along with a dispute questionnaire requesting additional information related to the claims with a ‘reply by’ date of August 08, was mailed to your address of recordOn August 12, 2014, PNC received the returned questionnaireOn August 25, 2014, PNC denied your dispute in the amount of $as PNC determined that based on the information available to us at that time, the transaction processed as instructed by the merchant and was related to the returned merchandise and the USPS provided the service and returned the merchandise per your requestSubsequently, this result was communicated to you and you were advised that the provisional credit in the amount of $that was previously issued to your Account would be reversed in five (5) business days from the date of the letterOn September 02, 2014, the provisional credit in the amount of $was reversed from your AccountOn October 20, 2014, your dispute in the amount of $was finalized and written notification was mailed to your address of record advising you that the provisional credit in the amount of $that was previously issued to your Account on July 22, was made finalYour complaint also included concerns regarding an overdrawn balance on your AccountTo request account closure, all outstanding transactions, credits and/or debits, must post to your Account prior to closingOur records confirm that on December 9, 2014, you withdrew $*** from your Account but had a transaction that had not yet postedA transaction in the amount of $from *** *** *** *** was processed against your Account on December 9, 2014, resulting in an overdrawn balance of $On December 10, 2014, a $PNC Purchase Payback Award was credited to your Account and notification was mailed to your address on record detailing the December 9, account activityA copy of this notice is enclosed.Additionally, fourteen (14) $Continuous Overdraft Fees totaling $were assessed from December 15, through December 29, As disclosed in PNG’s Consumer Schedule of Service Charges and Fees within the Overdraft Services section, there is a $per day fee assessed each day the account remains overdrawn for or more consecutive calendar days, up to a maximum of $A copy of the Consumer Schedule of Service Charges and Fees is enclosed for your referenceIt is PNC’s practice to refund any fee assessed as the result of a proven bank errorHowever, PNC is sympathetic to your concernsOn December 30, 2014, the (14) $Continuous Overdraft Fees were refunded to your Account as a courtesy resulting in an overdrawn balance of $On December 31, 2014, PNC issued a courtesy credit in the amount of $and closed the Account as you requested on January 7, The Account was not reported to Chex Systems as it was closed with a zero balanceThank you for allowing us to clarify our position in this matterIf you have any questions or additional concerns, please call me toll free at ###-###-####-***I am available Monday through Friday from 8:AM to 4:PM, Eastern Standard TimeSincerely,*** ***Assistant Vice President Executive Client Relations Enterprise Escalation Group

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
PNC Bank DID NOT address the date of my complaint (January 26) and the rudeness of the representativeAs I stated in my complaint, I informed him that it was mailed and he kept saying that they didn't get itI told him the exact date that I mailed it and he says the PO was closed that day and was indirectly calling me a liarHe also stated that I should for future reference pay on line (which I can not do because I do not have a PNC Bank account) or set up auto pay because the PO is not reliable Really? If PNC Bank feels that the PO is not reliable then they should not give people the option to pay by mailThis loan has NEVER been late because it was on auto pay for years and I chose to remove it last OctoberAs I stated prior, I requested booklets for payment back in early October but I did not receive booklets until days prior to due date and I mailed off the day I received themThat was the first call..the very next day after due dateThis loan has always been paid on time and it is really sad that PNC Bank is harassing people because the PO is a little slow one month? I believe that my check was sitting on someones desk or because of snow storms in the area, the mail was slow in JanuaryMy payment did not post for days after mailingIt normally posts within daysI could imagine how they treat customers who are actually not paying for their loanThey don't access a late fee until days after due date and for the record, I have NEVER been accessed a late fee and always mail in enough time for it to get there by the due dateIn addition, their response to my complaint was that they would cease and desist phone calls but 'you are not relieved of your obligation to pay this debt' I did not asked to be relieved of my debt! It was not even necessary for the dig by PNCI just asked not to harass paying customers because my check is not on the billing departments desk on the due date because of post office delaysThey should give grace time for delivery as most creditors doThis has only happened to me twice (once being PNC Banks fault and the other the PO) since I started paying this loan by mailIn addition, the claims manager totally and completely ignored the rude and inappropriate comments the *** Consumer Representative said to me and the phone call date. I will NEVER ever deal with PNC Bank again and based on their F rating and bad reviews on Web and Revdex.com, many others wont either.

PNC Bank is a financial mafia in Pittsburgh PA which operates without compliance regarding federal and state financial laws and other regulations set up to protect consumers. PNC Bank is not being held accountable by federal and state oversight organizations, including the Federal Reserve Bank and PA Attorney General because PNC pays off and supplies kick backs to all organizations/individuals who should be governing them but instead turn their head$. Stay away from this broken bureaucracy and advise your friends and relatives that PNC bank will what ever, where ever, and when ever they want with your money and personal information without any resistance from law enforcement and/or government.
