PNCLogos.com should stick to just doing logos. But buyer beware if you are coaxed into thinking they will listen to anything you express that is VERY CRITICAL AND IMPORTANT TO YOU. You can put it in writing as well and it won't matter because they will still do what THEY EGOTISTICALLY THINK is best. I've been a web designer and developer for over 20 years, but I stupidly hired Mark and his team to give my website a makeover because I stay busy enough that my customers always take priority. Thank GOD I didn't hire them for a client site. PNC Logos worked on it for a month and a half - at $1800. I finally said hey lets get this thing wrapped up. They sent me a link to review the DRAFT and approve. Total disappointment. The draft that I was asked to approve was full of bad grammar, terrible writing that sounded like a foreigner wrote it, and misspelled words and lots of mistakes. They still never listened or read the guidance on RGB colors nor the Headings Font that I requested over and over. Before they migrated the site I stupidly ordered an animated video which was at best, HO HUM. Nothing real exciting. My animations are far superior. Then within a week after I demanded to just finish the job and they migrated the website that took almost 2 months, I changed all of the accesses and deleted their admin access but the site got hacked. Now mind you I've had my website for over 20 years and NEVER got hacked. I think they planted some sort of javascript migration script that compromised my site. It took me 2 days to get that resolved, I added a lock tight firewall product, and rebuilt my website single handedly. A total waste of $1800. I do not recommend anyone using these people for anything more than a logo. If you check Facebook, there are plenty of dissatisfied customers. Finally, if you're a female, you'll likely hear discriminatory remarks from people like their Finance person Conrad who says (like some sort of middle eastern sheik) that he finds women have too high of expectations and that they will never be satisfied. Spoken like a true bigot. I will never use PNCLogos ever again and I will continue to post low ratings, here and there to protect other consumers from making the same mistake I made. They are in Lake Mary Florida.

My PNL logo design order was for $149.00. When I accepted their design for use, they required another $149.00 and will not send what I paid for.
On October 1, 2019, I placed & paid Order #*** in the amount of $149.00 for PNL to design a logo for my business. It was difficult to contact them after I placed the order via email as they sent emails but you can't return them... they bounce back. By this time, I was sorry that I had ever contacted them but I wanted my logo.
On October 24, 2019, they finally made the final changes needed for the logo. When I accepted the design, I was asked by Steve if I wanted the design copyright along with the Stationary & Email Signature and I said yes.

That's when Steve stated that it would cost another $149.00 to get the package. At this point, I stated, "You ***! You just keep reeling people in for more money. I am through with You."

Desired Outcome

Finish and send free of any copyrights by PLN Logos, the following: Email Signature Design, Stationary Design (Print ready files) & Icon Design

Mr. called asking for the complaint to be retracted. Mr. was informed the complaint was processed and forwarded to the business and could not be retracted. He was told the complaint can be closed as resolved and he agreed. As of to date 03/27/2019 the complaint is closed as resolved.

I purchased services on October 11,2018. Services included the creation of a business animated movie to promote a product of my company.
Their process included setting up a couple phone interviews and email requests for information in order to create the video. We proceeded along ok until we got to the point of editing the script that they created. on November 9th and again on December 12th (since they ignored my email) which I told them....As I told you in prior email regarding script, the word 'accredited? at 54 second point in the video is incorrect and not to be used with CMS, OSHA and HIPAA. The word should be 'gets you in compliance with'? CMS, OSHA, HIPAA.

I did not receive the completed project all through January. Kept asking for it. Now I have had both email and voice confrontation with the sales representative, Barry A, that I need the product that I paid for back in October. He tells me that since I changed the script, they will have to rehire the person to do the voice over on the animation. I was upset telling him that I had put in writing in the email on November 9th and again on December 12th that they did not do what I told them the script had to be. The November 9th and December 12th time periods were still within the time frame of edits before going to final production. Barry just ignored or didn't read my emails.
I am not wanting my money back since they have faulted on their service and lack of delivery. They want more money out of me which I am not willing to pay since I didn't make the mistake.

I have reached a settlement with PNC Logo and this is no longer an issue.
Thank you for your assistance.

Dale was great and very helpful!

Dale E and PNCLOGOS team did a phenomenal job with my companies logo. They were extremely responsive and supportive of my vision and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Excellent custer service, the work is pro and results are quick. I will definitely use their service again.

I first approached PNC Logo t get a logo done for my startup. I loved it so much and the customer service that I enquired about getting them to develop a platform for my business. They placed Randall T as my account manager. Randall and I have been working together for anoint 9 months now and we are about to launch the platform. It looks really great and they really delivered as promised, as per my 15-page brief and beyond, and with real value for money. They have been extremely kind and supportive, responding really well to my numerous requests and changes. I strongly endorse working with Randall T and with PNC logo. Thank you so much Randall and to both the design and the development teams!!

Unprofessional, Rude, Gives costly and incorrect information (that is in writing and can be proven incorrect, does not deliver on timely manner, does not reply to emails, uses unprofessional language and threats and when this is taken to supervisor is ignored, On several occasions told something was corrected when it was not, and then they argued until I could show them and prove it was still not correct
Refuses to give a name and email of upper manager saying it would just get confusing even after asking multiple times. 3 Separate emails requesting them to STOP and just refund money. Customer ended up doing work that even supervisor in email said we should not be doing. These statements can be backed up via emails and written communication
Product_Or_Service: web site built

Desired Outcome

Other (requires-+ explanation) Im not sure at this point, No one should have to pay for something and end up dealing with this kind of company. At one point I was told If I was not happy I should just get a gun.( I have no idea what that meant) but it was threatning. That evening was when I started telling them to STOP and refund me I wanted someone Professional to do the job that could do it in a timely manner and give reliable correct information This has been over 5 months of my life dealing with this company

This customer was a special case, from the day one client keep on saying that I am new to internet and I know nothing about building and e-commerce platform. The client was very least co-operative from day one. The moment we were done with the development then we faced a very tough time from client she wanted us to move the entire data from her existing website to the new one. We asked her multiple time for some spreadsheet which have the details of the products on her existing website but she kept on saying go to my website copy the entire data from there and paste it to my new website if you are not capable of doing that refund my money. After her insistence we copied the entire data of over 520 products from her existing website and uploaded that to the new one, here comes the new twist when one fine morning she called me and said to me that over 250 products on the new website are out of stock and she want us to delete them from the new version it was very frustrating but after listening again to the refund threat we somehow manage to did that. The website was on our demo server and we let the client all access to the front end and back end in order for her to verify herself the product uploading procedures and see the front end functionality. Then comes the new hurdle when client asked us to edit the product images and do the framing since the data on her existing website were many pics uploaded as a screenshot and she wanted us to edit those images. We agreed on $500 for data migration out of which she paid only $250 and the remaining amount was waived of after constant refund threats. Once everything was sorted client wanted us to upload the website on her hosting without putting it live since she want to test and try that with the hosting provider. The hosting provider did some major malfunctions to the website files and blamed us for not providing sufficient files to her. After her struggle with the hosting company for over 3 weeks she came back to us with a new blame that we have not had delivered her sufficient files and with this incomplete data we cannot put the website live. The blame game lasted for 1 week. After all apologies we somehow convinced her that the website is fully functional and described her how to use open cart backend. The only thing which was not fixed is the email notification which I promised her that I will get it fixed first thing on Monday and will put the website live.

Early morning Monday when I came to work I saw a message from client not to touch the website since she has hired some third party to do the fixtures. I took an excuse from the client informing her that we are stopping all our operations on this project till further notice and now she will be 100% responsible for any kind of malfunction to this project since we handed over everything to her a month back and she is been inducting new people every other day to this project who are doing nothing just disrupting what we have created.
