PnD Logging & Tree Service

We were contracted to do emergency tree work for Mr [redacted] ***. Our work order does not state that wood was to be removed off the property. We received several payments from the owner over the last year and when we contacted for the last payment that is when he informed us that there was wood on the... property that was to big to handle. Chris Powell ( the Owner of P & D) went by the property and evaluated the situation. He had a few of our employees go to the property to cut the wood smaller as requested. We feel as though we did a complete job for Mr. [redacted] and feel we should be receiving our final payment.

Please see attached the invoice/order stating he will remove tree off home with crane to prevent further damage and additional charges to clean up large debrisHe did not clean up the debris

After receiving the complaint from Mr. [redacted], I Chris P[redacted] the owner of P & D Tree Service called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] and I am more then happy to pay for the services he had to have done to complete the project he was working on. We would have been more then happy to have a employee...

go back to the property and grind the stump for him but I could not accommodate the same day request he was asking me to provide. I feel this complaint has since been resolved.

In regards to the removal of debris... Our estimate states that debris removal refers only to limbs cut by P & D Tree Service and is Synonymous with clean up. We cleaned up what we were responsiable for.

I hired this company to get this job done, I trusted them as I trust other when I need to get work at my rental properties. I normally don't go back and check if its completed or not. yes, I was making all payments until I went back the property to check on the property and I noticed all the woods still sitting on front of the drive way. You said you send your guys to check, however nothing was done as the woods and all derbies still are sitting on the house, they did not removed the woods. this is unethical.  if I would have known early, for sure I would stop making those payments until you would have completed the job.
