Back in 2017 I got an audit from the state so I contacted Beshoy from Pnf accountant and he told me to give him 4000 to start working on your audit . I gave him the money then after 6 month he said oh we been working on your Audit and we need 2000 more . I paid him the money then in early 2018 he contacted me to come to his office to go over some numbers , I went there he told me that I owed the state 120000 sales taxes , I said that is impossible and I asked him did you review the folders he said no this is what the auditor is telling me , then he told me we gonna start reviewing the folder and he need another 3000 which I gave him again.6 month after he asked me to come back to his office to meet with the auditor , I went there and then he said you need to go over the folders yourself and do the calculations which I did for him and I found out that the numbers that the auditor come up with is incorrect then he did not want me to see or meet the auditor then he said if you want me to continue he need another 3000 which I gave him again .
After 6 month he contacted me again and said we finally close the audit but the state want to audit you for an additional year and he asked me if he would like to represent me and I said no just give the auditor my number , then I found out that he inform the auditor that he cannot get a hold of me and he does not have my phone number which result that I have to g to court to proof that I did not receive anything from the state .
Stay away from this office all what they do is collect money from you without doing anything and they are very dishonest .

Review: In early June 2013, I called PNF CPA to ask them about services they offer and[redacted] offered to come to my office to introduce himself and inform me of services that he provides. He informed me that he does full financial planning and accounting, book keeping, payroll etc. I informed him that I am also interviewing another book keeper and I will let him know. June 17, 2013, he then followed up with an engagement letter which he wanted me to sign. He then offered to come with his employee,[redacted]. Again, they went over the services they offered and never informed me that they are charging me for a consultation fee nor travel expenses. Again, I informed him that I am undecided about book keeping services and will use him for his accounting service to prepare my taxes for 2013 which required a $500 retainer which I paid. Not once did he inform me that the retainer fee was non refundable or that if I chose not to use him, would I be charged for consultation fees and travel expenses. In August,, I had requested that they change my corporation address which was never completed as I continued to receive mail at my previous address. In addition, I informed them that I would like to change my corporation status at the end of the year. They had informed me that they would complete that by year end. Neither of the requested tasks were completed. On January 25th, I sent a letter to [redacted] that I was unhappy with his services and requested the retainer fee to be refunded. They refunded me $75 deducting $250 for consultation fee with [redacted], $100 for consultation with[redacted], and $75 for travel expenses. They did not complete any tasks as requested nor did they file my 2013 taxes nor was I ever informed of these fees that he is now charging me. I am requesting my full retainer to be refunded to me as they did not fulfill any tasks they promised to complete.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my full retainer to be refunded to me as they did not fulfill any tasks they promised to complete.
