PNJ Motrtgage Consultants failed to deliver the services that were promised.This credit repair process began in February 2014. My credit report was reviewed and the owner stated that she could help rebuild my credit situation. In the beginning, my phone calls were being answered and my emails were being responded to. Once they received the money, then thats when the good customer service declined. Emails were never hardly ever responded to. Phone calls, forget it. I would leave voicemails and never get a phone call back. However, when I used a cell phone with an out of state area code, they would answer the phone. The last email I received stated that they sending me documents that they supposedly sent to the attorney general in Georgia on my behalf. I have yet to recieve any documentation. This whole process cost my wife and I over $900 for nothing. Therefore, I am requesting a partial refund and we can close this case.
