Review: On or around 9/11/2014 I made a online purchase from pnkelaphant.com. I purchased a Many Stripe Crop Set which totaled $53.00. I received that item promptly, within two business days, but was dissatisfied with the item. I went to the company's website and per their return policy an online form must be submitted in order to complete a return. I was able to complete the return form due to issues with their host and server. I attempted several times from several different computers but was still unable to complete the form. I then submitted an email to their customer service account on 9/17/2014 highlighting this matter. I received a response on the morning of 9/19/2014 stating that they had more than one order for me and I would need to clarify which order I was referring to. I immediately responded to that email. As of 9/26/2014 I have not received any more correspondence from their customer service department in regards to completing this return. I did call their customer service line on 9/25/2014 and left a message. At the time of the complaint, that call has not yet been returned.Desired Settlement: I simply would like to be able to return this item to the vendor and receive a credit back to my credit card.

Review: I made a purchase from pnkelephant.com on May 7,2013. I ordered a tee shirt with accessories. I received the tee shirt on May 12, 2013 but I never received the accessories even after several phone calls and emails. I was told I would receive a refund in the mail but I never received it. I would like a full refund of $13.00 for the accessories I never received.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $13.00 to be sent via [redacted] or check.
