Review: I purchased a very expensive computer video card made by PNY on 07/**/2011. The device is clearly marked (Lifetime Warranty) I registered the device as instructed, I also have the original sales receipt as well as the original box that it was packed in. The video card burned up and is no longer working. I called PNY and reported the problem, they will not honor the warranty, they claim that I did not register the product. I did in fact register it on the date of purchase, PNY claims that they no longer make this particular video card, they went on to say that they will not help me because I did not register the video card and they could not find it in their data base. I am a college graduate majoring in CIS (computer information systems) this type of data can be lost very easy. The PNY company was very rude to me and actually hung up the phone and they refuse to talk to me any further. This is false advertisement in the purist form and they where not professional. This type of treatment needs to be stopped and PNY made public on the way that they honor a Life Time Warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like PNY to replace the video card that I purchased and the consumers be made aware of the way that they treat their customers, I paid a lot of money for this video card because of the bold letters that are stamped on the front of the box in bold gold lettering stating Life Time Warranty.
