case- *** *** * ***) to help them find staff for their open positions To do this we rely on our organic traffic to the Poached Jobs website ( poachedjobs.com) as well as a number of other job aggregation sites that we partner with including Indeed, Simply Hired, Jobs Careers,Zip Recruiter and craigslist All resume submissions thru our site collect the user information and an email is sent to the job seekers to create/confirm their accountOur customers then contact those job seekers thru the information stored in their account on the Poached applicant tracking system where our customers can email job seekers directly and schedule interviews There is no Phishing element to this process, its a way for our clients to contact the job applicants for their live positions that they have paid Poached to promote Below is what was sent to Ms *** immediately after applying to this job on Poached jobs "Thanks for applying to the FOH Service Professional position at Salt Restaurant & Bar, Just a heads up… We use PoachedJobs.com to track our candidatesI created a Poached account for you with the user name: [email protected] and I've added your resume to our job opening on Poached and will reach out again if we need any more information In the meantime, you can click here to be logged into PoachedWe post positions on Poached quite often, so feel free to apply to any of our other open positions as wellThanks!
