08/25/Business stated, that motorcycle was brought into shop, by male friend, of owner, because the “bike was pulling to the right”*** inspected the bike, noticed front tire needed to be replaced and front wheel bearings needed to be replaced (ball bearings, literally,
coming off axle)The gentleman and owner, agreed to have bearings replaced and new tire, provided, by ownerMale friend suggested having a full service doneOwner of motorcycle agreed to the repairs, replacing wheel bearings, tire and full serviceWhile in the process of performing maintenance, it was noted that the engine oil pressure was critically low, which could have resulted in engine failurePrevious service, apparently, put incorrect oil filter onRear tire pressure was dangerously lowIssues correctedCustomer was notified the bike was ready for pickupCustomer arrived to pick her bike up, *** walked out to start bike, allow it to warm up and go over service performedThis is a routine followed with all customersBike, initially cranked, but no throttle response*** shut motorcycle offAttempt to restart, no responseError code indicated, check engine light*** offered to keep bike and assess the electrical issueCustomer became angry and arguementative*** explained “no electrical components involved in work performed” and electrical failures occur without noticeOwner accused *** of causing this problemSaturday, bike was transported to Cowboy Harley for diagnosticsThree possible errors indicated, all electricalThere was no charge for this serviceCowboy Harley technician verified, the work performed by *** could not have resulted in electronic failureCustomer arrived at Harley dealer and demanded her bike be returned, again accusing *** of causing this problemIt was explained, again, that electrical components were not part of or related to the work Bad Boys of Texas performedHarley technician concurredThe customer became very angry difficult to deal with, and extremely rude

I am rejecting this response because: Sorry I was unable to reply in a timely mannerI have close family members in hospitals in ICUBut, I would at least like to thank the nice lady who I spoke withAlso, that the reply given by Bad Boys was untrueThey tried to attack me by describing me as some out of control person I am a hard working person who was unable to take my motorcycle in due to my work hours and the time the shop closed and that is why my fiancée took it on for meAlso, they named Cowboy HD of Beaumont in their message stating I demanded my bike backI have a great relationship with the folks there and would not do thatThey were very respectful and quickly retrieved my bike when I went thereThat was a second lieMy bike was starting and running fine I just need wheel bearings and front tire put onThey convinced me to get a service job in order for them to make more money That was not my idea or my fiancées ideaThree lies so farIf they may have not had a formal complaint before, that is shocking I'm convinced they must have many or just thought a woman was an easy target.By their response of lies, I know they just don't care and think its funnyThe Revdex.com would probably work if both parties are honestAgain, I believe that their incompetence caused the bike to be forced into limp mode and they were clueless about that anf tried repeatedly to start it instead of resetting it which damaged a part resulting in an engine light coming onThey refuse to take responsibilityTheir response confirms the arrogant manner in which I was treatedThey are beyond rude they are hateful and cruel.
