The consumer is beyond our service area We have referred them to the manufacturer for further assistance

distributor Pochels. *** / Speed Queen needs to learn the upset Pochels has caused with their LIES They need to be off the site and pull this line from Pochels There are good distributors Pochels is not one of them!We purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Pochels March We paid $Interest was $Faxes and letters $ That is a total of $that must be refunded before any pick up of the equipment! Pochels has lied to our charge card company that has pursued this also!Due to the stress this is cause that is why we asked for consumer protection of times what was extended or $is what is should be due to the lies & stress All they need do is allow *** *** the funds 1st before ANY PICK UP.All we have had are lies and no service to the attached yr FREE parts and labor warranty We want all our funds & interest back We are tired of being in the middle of lies & no service I have had shingles and pursued this The stress is incredible while Pochels lies!We do not wish to go thru this for years which is the length of the warranty Even if they provide service now the question remains will they in the future or will this drama continue.Pochels is listed on the www.speedqueen.com site as a service provider There is no area stated! Pochels is the dealership that sold us the product Pochels needs to be removed from this list or disclose at purchase they are not servicing! Pochels did not do that they just took our funds!It was never disclosed at the time of purchase that Pochels would not service the equipment sold In fact the equipment was delivered & we were told just call if we needed anything Again we were lied to time after time.We want all our funds back We do not wish to be in the middle of the dealership and Speed Queen for ultimately a year warranty that we have no service since March and approaching November 2016.Most of all we nor *** *** have no defense for Pochels lies.On June 2, *** at *** said the dealership that sold the equipment to us is responsible for serviceThis is why we have pursued Pochels *** also confirmed that Pochels services warranties in Kitsap which is where we live.We received the attached letter where Pochels Pochels recommended we bring the equipment to them This would violate the warranty as it needs special equipment to be moved What was the reason that Pochels offered this?Pochels also pulled in *** *** who was never called just listed *** services all that he sells.Speed Queen - Built Better to Last Longer***The most durable home laundry equipment on the market, including top load washers, front load washers, dryers and stacked models from Speed Queen.We contacted our charge card company to pursue Pochels has lied to them also.We need your help pursuing Speed Queen and Pochels to get a full refund with interest because we are defenseless against Pochels lies We also want Pochels pulled from the Speed Queen Site and loose the line of Speed Queen forever.That is a total of $that must be refunded before any pick up of the equipment!
