08/25/2016 4098357857 Business stated, that motorcycle was brought into shop, by male friend, of owner, because the “bike was pulling to the right”. [redacted] inspected the bike, noticed front tire needed to be replaced and front wheel bearings needed to be replaced (ball bearings, literally,...
coming off axle). The gentleman and owner, agreed to have bearings replaced and new tire, provided, by owner. Male friend suggested having a full service done. Owner of motorcycle agreed to the repairs, replacing wheel bearings, tire and full service. While in the process of performing maintenance, it was noted that the engine oil pressure was critically low, which could have resulted in engine failure. Previous service, apparently, put incorrect oil filter on. Rear tire pressure was dangerously low. Issues corrected. Customer was notified the bike was ready for pickup. Customer arrived to pick her bike up, [redacted] walked out to start bike, allow it to warm up and go over service performed. This is a routine followed with all customers. Bike, initially cranked, but no throttle response. [redacted] shut motorcycle off. Attempt to restart, no response. Error code indicated, check engine light. [redacted] offered to keep bike and assess the electrical issue. Customer became angry and arguementative. [redacted] explained “no electrical components involved in work performed” and electrical failures occur without notice. Owner accused [redacted] of causing this problem. Saturday, bike was transported to Cowboy Harley for diagnostics. Three possible errors indicated, all electrical. There was no charge for this service. Cowboy Harley technician verified, the work performed by [redacted] could not have resulted in electronic failure. Customer arrived at Harley dealer and demanded her bike be returned, again accusing [redacted] of causing this problem. It was explained, again, that electrical components were not part of or related to the work Bad Boys of Texas performed. Harley technician concurred. The customer became very angry difficult to deal with, and extremely rude.

I am rejecting this response because: Sorry I was unable to reply in a timely manner. I have 2 close family members in hospitals in ICU. But, I would at least like to thank the nice lady who I spoke with. Also, that the reply given by Bad Boys was untrue. They tried to attack me by describing me as some out of control person. I am a hard working person who was unable to take my motorcycle in due to my work hours and the time the shop closed and that is why my fiancée took it on for me. Also, they named Cowboy HD of Beaumont in their message stating I demanded my bike back. I have a great relationship with the folks there and would not do that. They were very respectful and quickly retrieved my bike when I went there. That was a second lie. My bike was starting and running fine I just need wheel bearings and front tire put on. They convinced me to get a service job in order for them to make more money. That was not my idea or my fiancées idea. Three lies so far. If they may have not had a formal complaint before, that is shocking I'm convinced they must have many or just thought a woman was an easy target.By their response of lies, I know they just don't care and think its funny. The Revdex.com would probably work if both parties are honest. Again, I believe that their incompetence caused the bike to be forced into limp mode and they were clueless about that anf tried repeatedly to start it instead of resetting it which damaged a part resulting in an engine light coming on. They refuse to take responsibility. Their response confirms the arrogant manner in which I was treated. They are beyond rude they are hateful and cruel. Justice will prevail eventually, In all things. :-)
