Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the check should of physically been pulled and put with my file as soon as I signed the payment plan and paid my first paymentIf they had done that then you would of known the check was not physically there to hold because it was already getting processedThe business did not handle the situation properly. processing in that case then they would know that and not take my first payment or proceed with the payment plan because itavailable to pull. I reviewed the documents and phone calls associated with this customer and her complaint and can assure you the customer's statements are not validJessica handled the situation in a very professional manor and was going by our policiesWe have it clearly stated in our loan disclosure that if a
check is returned, we have the rights to try and collect on the debt owed to usThe check was re deposited on the 21st of August, prior to the customer coming in to set up a payment agreementThe employees would not have seen that this check was deposited/pending as it was the same day
