Pocket Pets is the most legit company there is for sugar gliders I have yet to see on the internet even though everyone seems to be negative about themI have had a great experience with them so far

Purchased gliders from this company a while backAll of their information is crap, recommended food is crap (and harming the animals ) and do not care about the animals at ALLI was sold gliders that died a week after purchase - necropsy came back that they were horribly imbreeded***! They have since never returned calls and I am out both money and two innocent animals

Pockets pets is an extremely unprofessional and unethical companyNot only did they communicate information and falsely advertise their products by selling me a sick animal when they confirmed with me that the animals are checked by a vet before being sold and falsely advertising that their food is "all natural" and "organic" when it actually contains artificial flavors and preservativesBut when I confronted them about my issues and returned my merchandise (that was falsely advertised to me) they refused to return all of my money claiming that only one item was in the box and was loose food not in original packagingWhen I had proof (usps receipt showing the weight of the items matching the original weight of the items) they ignored my emails to the point where I questioned seeking legal adviseThey have threatened me and been so unprofessional and cruel about their practices that it makes me sickI will never buy from this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone, in fact I will make it a point to let people know my experiences to hopefully save them the aggravation that I went through

We have lost young gliders from this companyAnd they don't return emails with a phone call when asked to

I spoke with the valets who parked ***'s car While they did hit a rubber cone with her tire there was no metal in the rubber cone The metal *** heard was a 1/inch plate attached to the cement parking lot A piece of metal sitting 1/inch high cannot put a foot long scratch
inches up on a fender *** examined her car prior to leaving the lot and neither did she or my valets see a scratch on her car She called back the following day claiming there was a scratch on her car Since it is physically impossible for rubber to scratch through car paint I let *** know that unfortunately we cannot pay to fix the scratch on her car ***'s claim is not valid

I do not recommend doing business with this companyI have attempted to order sugar glider food from there company twiceThe first time I paid a huge amount of money to have it shipped day air and it came over wk laterThe second order I placed about weeks ago and has yet to arriveThere is no customer service phone number anywhere, you have to email themTheir prices are insanely high for what you get and who knows if it will ever even arriveNot a good business

I have many different complaints but the quick and gritty being that they are an unethical company that promote inhumane and unhealthy ways of caring for LIVE animalsThey are kept in awful conditions such as being bunched into confined spaces and you're also over charged and force to purchase their pvc coated cages that were deemed toxic to the animalsI remember purchasing one and two weeks later they started shaking and having health issues and when I informed the company they offered a free replacement as if it was a toy I boughtI did my own research and eventually figured out a way to sustain them diet and health wiseHow many people would do this though and just assume that gatoraid and apples are the way to keep them around? I forgot to mention, their "pellets" tooIf you can't live off of cereal apples and gatoraid, don't expect them to and certainly don't tell a customer that
