These people are HORRIBLE! I truly can't express this enoughOur outside line froze up weeks agoWe had a hard time finding a plumber that would offer the thawing service, and we finally found SalyerThey seemed like the only company that could possibly help us so although we balked at the $500/hr price we were quoted, we had no choice but to accept itThey were scheduled to come to our house on Monday, but we were not given a window of time, so I made sure to be home all dayThe morning, and afternoon came and went and we hadn't heard from themI called them in the late afternoon and it seemed they had "forgotten" about usThey finally made it to our property on TuesdayThey stayed for about minutes, and didn't unload any equipment off of their truckThey said they encountered a problem and had to wait for someone from [redacted] to show upAt this point, I should mention that we got Salyer's recommendation FROM [redacted] That guy showed up, suggested that [redacted] dig in our yard or the street, and then they left, and said they would be sending out a sight surveyor in the next couple days to give us an official quote for the workI don't know how they came to the decision that they would have to digThey didn't attempt to use their thaw machine, or really anything elseThey just stood around and smoked cigarettes, and then leftWe were never contacted ever againI called their office several times and the woman who answers the phone always seems inconvenienced to talk to meHer favorite quote is, "I'm just trying to get my head screwed on straight, OKAY??"I'm sorry I'm bothering you with my desire to PAY YOU $AN HOUROur insurance adjuster had called them as well, and never received any response from themThey have been all-around horrible people to deal withIf you need an outside line thawed, I highly recommend [redacted] out of Gary, IndianaThey have been MORE than willing to help us, and they only charged us ***
