For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On 8/28 I had both verbal and written communications with the General Manager of Poco Verde regarding a resolution to my complaint. He came up with a written punch list of items to be addressed. The following week the superintendent came out to discuss the punch list items, and I was surprised to learn that he didn't even know about one of the items on the list. He did complete 1 item on the list that day (leaving 3), and he was supposed to come back later in the week to complete 2 more items, with the last item being a "different crew." The superintendent never came back, or even called. And the "different crew" never showed either. I was willing to withdraw my complaint with the Revdex.com if Poco Verde would have just followed through with the punch list items and completed them to my satisfaction, but as of 9/12/15, this is not the case.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you just how impressed I have been with Poco Verde and Rhonda. I can see why Ashton W[redacted] selected Poco Verde as their landscaper of choice. Our front yard is going to look great, the experience I had with Rhonda during my consultation visit was so much more than I had anticipated or envisioned the process to be. It was wonderful to have immediate feedback and guidance regarding how messy certain plants could be, or how some plants would thrive versus those that would struggle in the Phoenix area weather, etc. I left the consultation visit a better educated, more confident customer, knowing what I was in for in terms of my choices. It’s a great feeling.

We have had landscapers in PA and in TX, none of those experiences come close to the professional package and experience that Poco Verde offers its customers. It may be mere coincidence that you are our landscapers because Poco Verde came with the house we bought, but we sure are thankful for that happy coincidence.

Review: Poco Verde Landscape built a wooden patio in my rear yard 2 months ago. Substantial cracks have developed in the vertical wooden support pillars that hold three 500lb cross beams. I am very concerned about the structural integrity of the entire patio. I have called several times in the past month requesting someone come out and inspect/repair the pillars and beams. This has potential to become a serious hazard or safety issue if any of the pillars give way resulting from any further degredation.Desired Settlement: Repair or replace the support pillars.

As most of the issues I have had with Poco Verde have been mentioned already, I will keep it brief. Terrible! The initial work was done as quickly as they could without consideration of quality. I am having to have all of the irrigation lines redone. They did not complete the job and had to be forced to finish. Since they didn't bury the lines deep enough there were numerous holes in the lines from just pouring the rock over exposed lines. Again, keeping it short but every person in my subdivision who I have talked to had all the same complaints.

I am writing in reference to Poco Verde Landscape Inc and the horrible customer service and service on their 'warranty' landscape work. I have countless emails involved in conversation with Poco Verde Warranty Staff in particular [redacted] who is charge of the company as well as lead foreman [redacted]. I have had multiple programs such as leaky sprinkler line which is flooding my ground, sprinkler head malfunctions, starting work and not completing. They continue to 'lie' to myself along with my wife on the assistance they are supposed to provide and I can show over 20 emails displaying promises that they have never delivered. Their foreman [redacted] is rude and condescending upon his arrival, he throws his employees under the bus taking no responsibility for himself and others. I watched his employee call him and then the next day deny he ever talked to the person. I live in a brand new development and have every intention of telling people they should not hire Poco Verde Landscape Inc.

STAY AWAY!

Absolutely the worst landscape experience and individual could ever ask for... [redacted] (company owner) is very unprofessional, doesn't stand behind his work, unorganized, and overall the worst person to do business with in Arizona. Poco Verde was extremely overpriced, the workers...including "Supervisors and Foreman" were Non-English speaking, [redacted] doesn't communicate with his team regularly, inventory was always incorrect. As the consumer I had to keep track of everything because every change order and or adjustment was incorrectly priced. At the end of the project I had over $2,000 worth of money credited to me because Poco Verde was adding money to the invoice (where changes were NOT made). Now it's time for their warranty work and of course they aren't covering the issues we are having. The Copper Scoop [redacted] suggested for my water feature in a matter of two months has turned green. When I inquired about the issue [redacted] blamed the design flaw on me..... stating it was my decision to use the Copper Scoop (when he originally proposed the idea). Poco Verde is completely unaccountable, they bully the customer, don't show up when they say they will (everyday was something different they were never never there when they were suppose to be). Just an absolutely terrible experience and I DON'T EVER WANT TO SEE PEOPLE LOSE THEIR HOME-BUYING BUILDING/DESIGNING EXPERIENCE. IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE EXCITING AND FUN, SOMETHING WE ALL WORK HARD FOR. HOWEVER, I GUARANTEE USING POCO VERDE WILL MAKE THIS DREAM FOR ANYONE IMPOSSIBLE. I single handedly will do everything in my power to make sure people aren't taken advantage of like I was with Poco Verde.

Review: Front yard landscaping drip lines are not providing proper flow to all plants and there are several obvious leaks in the system. This has been a problem since the system was installed (04/2015). I voiced my concerns to the superintendent right after the irrigation system was installed, but to no avail. I emailed two sales people and the superintendent on 8/17. None of them have replied to my email or bothered to call me.Desired Settlement: Leaks repaired and system PROPERLY flow tested. One plant needs replacement (again) due to no water flow for an extended period, and now very little flow.
