I have read the response and would like to state there was no 'agreement to disagree', the company only responded to the
requested reduction on fee, after adding the original reduction back in and then taking off the requested amount, instead of reducing the entire bill by the requested amount, the other issues detailed in the complaint were never addressed by the company. I have agreed to accept the reduced settlement in order to be done with this nightmareI will seek the assistance of another contractor in correcting and completing the job at additional costsThank youPayment will be sent by beginning of next week
