Sandra on the phone number listed in her account details and requested a call back (###-###-####). We never received a call back. Please note, per our refund policy, $1,484.98 of Sandra's Traffic Package was refunded, since $712.02 of her Traffic was delivered. The subscription of $144 was refunded in full. We executed the refund on September 9th, 2016, once we read this Revdex.com complaint. "Traffic that has already been used is not eligible to be refunded under any circumstance.
