[redacted]To your letter dated September 12, 2017 regarding [redacted] and his problems with his Z017[redacted] purchased new [redacted] on 11/29/16 and unit was...

registeredwith [redacted] 11/29/16 for warranty. On that day paperwork was signed and I (owner) spent 1 is hrs goingover trailer and explaining In detail do and don'ts of owning a camper.When ?rst noti?ed ofA/C leak we sent a tech to their home on 11/29‘/16 to ?x leak and address otherissues. customer would not bring camper here. Next we were notified ofa Ieak we said they must being unit to thebusiness and performed several minor issues and looked at A/C unit by pumng!A/C unit out. We then discoveredthat the hole for A/C was 15‘x14" which was not correct size. We noti?ed warranty and mfg of problem Date7/26/17 and response attached which [redacted] said was not the problemland we suggested a new roof whichmfg denied. Finally they notified us of a foam package that would ?t in the hole and solve problem. This wasinstalled and thought this would be okay. We were then contacted by [redacted] that the A/C was leaking again.By the way [redacted] took several trips towing unit to the south. We then notified [redacted] again that this solved theproblem but unit must come here YRegarding working with pin holes in awning we had to order new awning and mistakenly ordered wrongsize and was put on because first awning was damaged and we ordered new awning to put on but they will notbring trailer here. This was our mistake but will correct when they come to Pocono RV. _Regarding rear wall being faded and paint peeling is a major job and we said we could to this duringwinter months because they could not do without their trailer during summer.I would be more than happy to solve their issues if they would leave their unit here for a couple of weeks.I really will challenge the [redacted]: that we lied because we have proof with notifying the mfg and giving us asolution to A/C problem. I am the owner of Pocono RV and was fully aware ot‘ what was going on and talking with[redacted] and [redacted] about their concerns. Pocono RV did not build this unit and can only repair and ?x problemsunder warranties according to [redacted]Attached you ?nd a letter by me in august to [redacted] to order same model but they are not making thesame model any longer. The big problem they want me to give them a brand ndw unit for what they paid for in2015. l would be happyto order a different unit but not at a loss. Again we do ‘ot make their unit and everythingin 2018 models are more expensive today. - '1 'To sum up your letter, I am a respectable dealer and work very hard to‘ please my customers but somethings are out of my hands. If i'm correct the [redacted] were noti?ed by k[redacted] that they would pick up their unitin November or December and take back to factory. Long Story SHORT.... The owner charlie sold us a unit with a preexisting factory roof defect. They knew about it prior to the sale and tried to patch it rather than fix it right and work with the Manufacturer. Once we found the defect by means of a leak (our first trip), Charlie the owner of Pocono RV proclaimed that he would fix it right or replace the unit... I took him at his word...... Well a year later 2 or so "Bandade's" later and 6 or more hours of me on the phone with the manufacturer and the dealer I was then only able to get a resolution from the Manufacturer. The dealer did nothing to make this right and tried to cover up their poor service. Meanwhile the Owner lied to me all along and did not honor his word to replace the unit. Charlie even told me he was a Christian in trying to sell his lies!! Wow the religion card!
I feel cheated and deceived. I thought I bought a "new" camper from a reptiple dealer... wow was I wrong!
Charlie even tried to trade my unit in and sell me a new unit for an additional $14,000. He wanted to rob me coming and going!!
I will say the Service Manager Jerry was great to deal with... Just so happens he has to answer to the Owner.
