Long Story SHORTThe owner charlie sold us a unit with a preexisting factory roof defectThey knew about it prior to the sale and tried to patch it rather than fix it right and work with the ManufacturerOnce we found the defect by means of a leak (our first trip), Charlie the owner of Pocono RV proclaimed that he would fix it right or replace the unitI took him at his wordWell a year later or so "Bandade's" later and or more hours of me on the phone with the manufacturer and the dealer I was then only able to get a resolution from the ManufacturerThe dealer did nothing to make this right and tried to cover up their poor serviceMeanwhile the Owner lied to me all along and did not honor his word to replace the unitCharlie even told me he was a Christian in trying to sell his lies!! Wow the religion card! I feel cheated and deceivedI thought I bought a "new" camper from a reptiple dealerwow was I wrong! Charlie even tried to trade my unit in and sell me a new unit for an additional $14,He wanted to rob me coming and going!! I will say the Service Manager Jerry was great to deal withJust so happens he has to answer to the OwnerThanks Jerry.....! Sorry to know you Charlie! Going to another local dealer to try and make the best of a bad situation! AVOID POCONO RV
