Pocoshock Ridge Apartments

Review: I have lived at Pocoshock Ridge apartments in Richmond VA for 4 years. They have towed my car twice because the Property manager which is the all in one man [redacted] can only give me 2 parking permits per apartment so my 3rd car can't get a pass not even a visitors pass because they don't have any. I have parked my car where he have told me to park but every week its a different place. There is no signs up for Visitors or for the Handicap. There is no email to contact anyone except this one man. He gives the passes to his friends and family. There is nothing in my contract that states I can't have 3 vehicles. and if they can only give out 2 for an apartment where is the visitors passes or handicap stickers. The phone #[redacted] is never answered so you can't talk to anyone. There is over 500 apartments here and only one maintenance man to talk to and if you try to talk to him he says you are stalking him. The towing [redacted] advised all he has to do is call them and I can get my car today he says he can't call them again because I should have parked in a different spot when he told me where to park and the car have not been moved. People that live there cars are getting towed every day. If you get a rental car there is no stickers so they get towed to. But they want their rent.Desired Settlement: Call them and ask where the visitors passes or handicap stickers are. Where is the signs for handicap and Visitors. If you rent a car that is towed to.
