I filed a separate complaint (Complaint ID # [redacted] ) after encountering multiple issues with the business, specifically a broken camera and an unresponsive support lineThey responded almost immediatelySatisfied that the dialogue had been reopened, I closed the complaint ticket only to find an unresponsive customer service line againThe podo camera is brokenThey have acknowledged this aas an SD card errorI was looking into the vague solutions they provided when they stopped respondingIn the Revdex.com complaint, they said an exchange of items was possible yet in their emails to me, they only mentioned repair or a refund (not exchange for a new, unbroken camera)The item has a limited warranty but there is no clear way to do it, especially with a business that doesn't consistently respondA "Natalie" was supposed to get back to me but again, since I closed the first ticket, they have not been responding

I've participated in Podo Labs social funding campaign in March for Jack product [redacted] the estimated delivery date was July Podo labs since then stopped updating on its progress with product manufacturing - their last update was October 31st They also don't respond to support emailsDuring this time, they had another social funding campaign on Kickstarter [redacted]  with same estimated delivery dateThe last update there is from January 26th 2018, but it is for backers only and backed their Indiegogo campaign so it is not available for me to seeMany backers on both campaigns above including myself, feel cheated and uninformed on where their product manufacturing stands and when will they deliver their productDuring this time, they also published Jack on other websites***

The Podo Labs company does not give any more updates since I backed up their project around January It has been more than a year that the company did not solve the product issue and instead keep all the backers waiting for uncertaintiesNo delivery as well since the progress of their products is unclear

I ordered a Jack from the company during one of the crowdfunding campaigns and not only have they not met any of their delivery dates, but they are now refusing to give a refund for products that have not been delivered, or manufactured as far as I can tell from their support repliesThis company is not working in good faith with their consumers and there are hundreds of complaints on the crowdfunding sites and almost here on the Revdex.comThis shows a constant failure as a businessThey are refusing to give refunds to everyone that has failed to receive a product from them

I am a backer for the Podo Jack Bluetooth device, which was funded in February After providing many updates about production and shipping, including some honest information about delays, etc., Podo Labs have now gone radio silent, providing no information since August and clearly violating the timelines they discussed in their most recent postsThis appears to be a case of them taking Kickstarter backer money (in my case $81) and failing to deliver the actual product

Over a year ago I backed a project on Kickstarter for a Bluetooth device with Podo LabsI have tried to contact them through Kickstarter and their own website on numerous occasions but have never received any sort of replyIt has been over a year since they got my money and I still have not got my itemI have been in contact with Kickstarter starter with regards to this issue but they seem to have washed their hands of it and won’t help me get my item or any sort of reimbursement

Paid Podo lab on Indigogo for a product >1year ago, product as per their statement in delivery since more than month, never received anything (as most backers) Requests get not answered, no status updateslooks like a scam Due to nature of kickstarter project they dont answer on refund requests but without delviering anything even there this msut be refunded if never a product was created nor delivered

I backed a Bluetooth device on Kickstarter from Podo Labs approximately months agoShipment of the device was supposed to be approximately months agoStill no device in my handsYes, there are risks when backing Kickstarter projects and realize I will probably never see my itemBut be warned that this company is a sham

PODO is not being transparent to it's investors in a timely manner and is a year late on expected delivery"Ran out" of around $1M somehow, despite having pool parties, etcI'd recommend NEVER backing a PODO project or buying a PODO device
