I purchased an '03 Honda Pilot on May 5th from a salesman named Nate. I also worked with Jose to negotiate price and complete paperwork. The car buying experience was basically just fine, although I believe I could have gotten a better price for my trade-in. I left that afternoon pleased with the experience. That positive experience, however, ended just a few days later. After 'luckily' picking up a nail in one of my tires two days after purchase, I was told by the repairmen that the tires were all grossly over-inflated to 60psi (32psi is standard) and could have resulted in a blow-out. Two days after that, so four days after purchase, the Drive light begins blinking. I took it in to a Honda certified mechanic right away the following day. The mechanics found almost no transmission fluid. After the service was complete they noted no leaks. They also noted the valve stem was missing/broken on the spare (meaning it was flat and wont hold air). I contacted the salesman twice to i

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a car from Podoll and thought that I had received a decent vehicle and good customer service... Until I took the vehicle home and learned that both sets of keys did not lock the driver side door. During the purchase process they had unlocked the car and kept it unlocked and failed to tell me that the key did not open the door. When I called them to confront them about it they blew me off. They could have at least told me that door did not unlock. Avoid this place at all costs.
