entered into this agreement willingly and agreed to the ToS at the time of purchaseWhen the purchase is made and at all times thereafter, the next billing date is made available in the customers account settingsWe do not hide this information or willingly deceive anyoneI understand that the customer did not read or understand the agreement and after one correspondence files this complaintIf we had received further correspondence then we may have considered refunding the customer and making an exception but we were not given that opportunityThank you for your time

I contacted the company by email and phone immediately upon seeing the charge for an additional year, cancelling the subscription the next dayI clearly explained to the customer service representative that I had not used their service in a year and had received no notification that I was to be rebelledI told them that I had no intention of using the serviceThe customer service rep said that their policy was to not issue refunds and that the account had already been buildI explained that I did not want the service and was told again that the policy was no refundMost HONEST services will notify you in advance of a rebilling, it is clear that this is a shady org only wanted to scam a customer out of one more yearThey say they "would have refunded me if..." that is ridiculous, they could still do that now if they were a company of integrity
Horrid company and crooked practicesI gave them the opportunity to be honest
