PODS-Storage Mobility of Washington

Review: PODS is portable storage provider. We were provided three PODS units by a member of a property restoration company while our home was repaired due to a broken water pipe and the ensuing flood damage. Personal property was stored within the PODS units and water damage occurred to our property stored because of a cracked roof on one of the pods and then condensation within the other two units which caused excessive moisture to rust and mold additional personal property. We contacted the contractor, Pro Carpet services who got PODS involved. the local agent for PODS has been fairly helpful but the corporate agent won't respond to our request for updates. The PODS units were leased on 8/25 or 8/26/ 2014. The contents were moved out of the units about the middle of March 2015 when the damage was discovered and observed by Pro Carpet Services owner, [redacted], and his staff as well as by me, [redacted]. This settlement is taking way too long to complete.Desired Settlement: This business has insurance for this kind of loss. We have submitted pictures and an itemized listing of items damaged and values for the replacement of those items. We would like to receive a check for the value of those items so that we can replace them as we deem prudent.

Review: I called Pods.com at [redacted] to pay my bill over the phone on approx Jan 6, 2016 to pay my bill. I was told that they couldn't process my payment as they were switching accounting systems. They told me call back in a couple of days. I have been calling back every day since Jan 8 and no one answers the phone. I tried to leave a message and the message says that the voice mail is full and it disconnects. I went to the local storage location and there is no office. I went online and my account number has been changed and I'm unable to log in online to pay my account. My friend called the local office and they was told to call [redacted]. I called that number and no one answers and it will not take a message. The phone disconnects. I'm worried that I can't pay my bill for my storage and no one is available to sort out the problem. Right now I can't pay my bill or get access to my pods.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the business with my new account number and be able to pay my bill. I want to be assured that my items in storage will be accessible and retrievable when I want them.
