I had a great experience with this companyI called them to install an attic fanHe was able to come to my house the next day to speak with me about, look at the attic, and give me an estimateWe scheduled the install for about a week later and he was here right when he said he would beTo my surprise it ended up being a little cheaper than originally thoughtI appreciated him giving me the lower price even though he didn't have toGreat company to work with and I will be using them again!

I have used this company for many jobs around my house such as patio work, install new water heater and various jobs around the houseI have been very satisfied and would recommend them to friends and family

The price that was paid was for a secondary quote. Original quote was for three faucets leaking, and customer said one quite leaking on it's own and to not replace. Two other faucets were complete rebuilds, and customer was advised that after rebuild if it continues to leak then it is due to old...

fixture and needs to be replaced. If there is one that is still leaking then it must be the one that was requested not to be fixed. As to the pop-out paint touch-ups, customer was advised that due to sun damage if a match could not be made the whole pop-outs would need to be repainted. After two attempts and two paint purchases customer was advised to full repaint. They did not move forward. I am still the sole contractor of realtor company and have copies of all bids and invoices that were agreed apond. By the way it is noted on account of indecent conversations with employee regarding sexual content while work was being completed. This could be reason for no further contact.

I have been working with Matt Poe & Poe Enterprises, LLC for a few years now. He has done work not only for many of my clients, but also for me personally at my home and my rentals and family's homes. Matt's overall knowledge has come in handy as he is able to knock out multiple issues at the same time without the need to hire several different folks to do the work. This saves on time and resources. I will continue to use him and refer him.

The key to anyone you hire is to make sure both parties are on the same page as to what work will be done. When I have done this with Poe Enterprises, there are never any surprises as to what did or didn't get done.

With reasonable prices and a wealth on knowledge and experience, you can't go wrong.
