Review: I have emailed support of July **2013 and January **, then on January **I emailed [redacted](site contact), asking them to remove any associations with my name. Review: I have reached out to the company 5 or 6 times asking if they could delete the historical user page under my name. Unfortunately, I have never gotten a reply from them. I have read the FAQs on the website and have contacted the recommended e-mail address that has been provided for additional questions ([redacted]) and still haven't received a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to delete my historical user page and also practice better customer service.

They said they don't allow bad language or insults. This is not the case. I wrote them 6 times to tell them about a review that was very rude and the language was worse!!! They never responded. This tells me they do allow people to say anything they want to and they don't care about the feelings of others. So I deleted all of my poems, never to share one with them again!!Desired Settlement: I don't expect anything. It would be nice if they would keep their word and keep the web site PG-13 instead of X rated!
