[redacted] knew exactly what to sell us after we told him our needs. my windows and Patio door came in and [redacted] did an amazing install job. He showed me how the windows worked. He cleaned the windows as well. He was a skilled carpenter. iVE HAD MANY PROJECTS DONE IN MY HOUSE and without a doubt these guys know what there doing. Thanks again for my amazing windows. They look just beautiful.

We had 9 windows replaced by this company in early January, 2016 having found it through Revdex.com. We waited to fill out a survey to see how the windows worked out and our review is totally positive. Doug and Eric did all nine windows in one day, 12 hours of work without stopping, and totally cleaned up everything before leaving. We would highly recommend this company.

This apartment complex may look nice, but they are very shady while moving out. We make a rookies mistake by not asking for them to do a walk through. My husband and I lived there for 1 year and before we moved out, we asked the apartments for a list of things to do or clean before leaving. We asked them twice and they sent us away both times saying to clean as best we can and don't worry about the rest. (first time renters mistake). We both work 40+ hours a week while my husband goes to school full time as well. No kids, no pets. We are rarely home and when we are, we are not messy people. After we moved we dropped off the keys and asked if there is anything else we need to do and they said no. A month later they send us a bill for over $400 for cleaning and damage. We were SHOCKED! They said we didn't clean and left the carpets a mess. Also they installed new white carpets when we moved in. So if you leave one little mark they bust you. But the only mark on the carpets was in the bedroom where the bed post sat for 1 year and had a little dirt in it. Regular wear and tear. the rest of the carpet looked brand new! When we called the customer service we tried to work it out and they kept saying they would send us documents about the charges and they never did, they told us we cant be sent to collections once the account is being investigated. A month after hearing nothing we get a call from collections! They are shady and will try to take every penny from you. Avoid this place like the plague!
