Overview / Future plan:This particular area has been a tough area for PogoZone to serve given the geographyGiven how consumers have changed their habits online with more and more folks watching on-demand video from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc it has made the situation worseWe have attempted many times to upgrade the main link servicing the area to better provide for the needs but have not been successful as of yetWe are on our fourth attempt on updating and we believe our new plan will work however this plan will take many weeks to fully implement given the need to build a new site to relay fromThis plan was started back in JanuaryHopefully we will have this complete by end of May as we are right now waiting on the power company to approve placing power are our new site.What PogoZone has done so far:To assist with [redacted] 's issues, we did update the receiver on his house and replace the POE as he mentionedIn early January we had also updated all APs to plan for our future bandwidth upgrade plan and moved [redacted] to one of these new transmittersWe have also been trying to update [redacted] on a bi-weekly basis on where we standWe appreciate his patience as we try to bring more bandwidth to the area ------ Thanks,--Tim D***PogoZoneSound Internet Services, Inc.Phone: 360-676-8772E-mail: ***@pogozone.com
