Review: My van was towed to this business on April 3, 2013. When I picked it up on April 21 I pointed out that a replaced part was damaged and incorrectly installed, and other parts were still missing. They agreed to order the necessary parts and call me. The next week I had to take my van to their Fredericksburg location (closer to my home) because the wiper blades did not work (was mis-aligned during their repairs). On June 3, I called and was informed the parts had been in their shop since May 14. I arranged for them to transfer the parts to Fredericksburg. On June 7 I took my van to Fredericksburg, but after an hour in their shop I was told they did not have the necessary parts to install the cowl, and the other parts (wiper caps) where not in the box from Arlington. They said they would have to order the parts again. I contacted Arlington via email, and Fredericksburg by phone on June 13. Fredericksburg seemed confused as to whether the parts had been ordered or were in the shop and once again said they would call me. Neither has returned my email or called to tell me if I will ever get the final parts replaced.Desired Settlement: Parts (that they have already been paid for) properly installed. Waiver of the deductible portion of my bill to compensate for the inconvenience of two trips driving 40 miles round trip (and the hours involved for each trip driving and waiting for them to do the work) plus at least one more trip when they finally get the required parts. Acknowledgement and apology for putting us through this and not working with us to settle this without having to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and my insurance company.
