April 30, 2014Dear [redacted]:On 2-18-2014 [redacted] our accounting manager called in to Merchant services to tell them we were waiving arbitration and for them to debit our account to refund the customer. This never happened. Around April 22nd [redacted] called Merchant...

services asking why the customers account wasn't credited and they confirmed my call waiving the arbitration and that the customers merchant did not file the paper work in time to get the refund. We will refund [redacted] her 1000.00 (one thousand dollars).Please remove any and all negative reports from the Revdex.com Reliability Report. Review: I took my vehicle into the business for repair on Aug 6th. I was told my vehicle would be ready by Sept 1st. On Aug 28th I was told my vehicle would not be ready on the promised date but that it would be ready during the week of the 1st of Sept. On Thursday 5 Sept I was told my vehicle would now not be ready on time because they ordered the wrong parts, twice . On Friday 6 Sept I was told my vehicle would now be ready on 9 Sept. Today I was called and said it wouldn't be ready again because an issue with the parts AGAIN. This is unsat. They have had my truck for repairs for over a month and still cannot tell me when it will be ready. This is completely unsat. They get rude when I call about my truck and act like it is no big deal that they are 10 days behind the original promised date and this is because complete incompetence on their part by ordering the wrong parts twice.Desired Settlement: Not once have they issued a sincere apology or admitted they are wrong. This seems like business as usual to them.

[redacted] vehicle was delayed due to parts that were sent wrong from the manufacturer, additional parts found as repairs began, and parts we ordered wrong. Our [redacted] spoke to [redacted] on several occasions and apologized for the delays. [redacted]picked up his vehicle and is satisfied with the repairs.

Review: Dear Sir or Madam,

On August 12, 2013 [redacted] 2010 - VIN: [redacted] had been involved in an accident-the car was insured by [redacted] Insurance Agency and it established a claim # [redacted]

The repair had been done at Pohanka Collision Center [redacted] VA [redacted] from September 6, 2013 till September 26, 2013. I paid $1000 up front to Pohanka. The total cost of the repair was $7342.04. Attached is Pohanka written statement of “repair” done to the car.

Immediately upon receiving of “repaired” car I noticed that front bumper, headlights and hood were not match to each other-with uneven gaps and parts lost- both headlights moved in and out just by finger touch. Windshield liquid reservoir was damaged at the collision – and not even replaced or repaired by Pohanka-that is essential safety issue. Some brackets supporting headlights and front bumper were not installed at all etc. In Pohanka’s repair statement I highlighted the items that has been done improperly by Pohanka and required re-repair.

I called to [redacted] Insurance company – and [redacted] agent **. [redacted] ph.###-###-#### chg[redacted], fax:###-###-#### inspected the car and stated that car is not safe to drive and repair done by Pohanka Collision Center is not done according to safety requirements.

[redacted] then sent the car to another body shop for repair – to [redacted] MD [redacted]. It was done under the same claim number [redacted]. Attached is [redacted] Record of repair that was done to the car- and I highlighted the items that has been claimed by Pohanka as replaced and repaired but ACTUALLY were not replaced by right parts. And I underscored parts that Pohanka just did not installed at the car to make it completely unsafe to drive: like supporting brackets and windshield liquid reservoir.
