I have responded to Ms [redacted] concerns by emailI did apologize for her feeling upset but the financing is based on a customers credit scoreThe banks lend based on this credit score and I have no control over the financing for which she is qualified

I met with [redacted] yesterday and heard her concernsI have gotten some help from [redacted] with regards to this repair and the dealership has agreed to pay part of the repair as well [redacted] has agreed to pay a portion as wellShe was given a rental car to use while the repair is being completed and she said she is happy

Judia called from the business stated that she checked to see if the check had been cashed and it has not beenShe had a stop put on that checkJudia stated that she has attempted to contact Ms [redacted] to see if she would like to come pick the check up or have it mailed to herShe is going to give it till tomorrow to see if she receives a phone call back and if not she is going to mail the check

Our Service Manager, *** *** contacted Mr*** and they reached an agreement to compensate him when he is ready to purchase tires for the rear of his vehicle. The agreement was reached based on the fact that Mr*** had already paid to have the tire in question replaced at another
facility. An email was sent to Mr*** to solidify the agreement. Mr*** expressed that he is satisfied with the resolution

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When we agreed on the price, I got confirmation from the business that the price included all the fees, not only from the dealer, but also from ***, all the taxes, all the license plate feesThe business can not simply set itself apart, we are not charging the fee, but the manufacturer, ***I specifically asked them to make sure to include all other fees that may be in the world and got an okay from themI asked that the business honors the price they promised, accept their mistake and apologizeI also ask them to take necessary steps to make sure to inform other future customers regarding all the fees whether they charge, government charges, *** charges, or the manufacturer (***) chargersResult of this case will reveal Pohanka Fredericksburg's business ethics, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We have attached a copy of Honda's owners manual with the vehicles warranty provisions highlighted in Yellow on page 8.The manufacturer will only cover defects in parts and workmanshipUnfortunately in this situation damage to a tire from outsideinfluence is an unwarrantable condition
