Review: The dealership posted a reduced price for a Certified Hyundai Genesis Coupe. When I first notice the vehicle a week ago it was around 16987. Currently the price is advertised as reduced to 14987. When my husband called to find out the cost of the vehicle with taxes and tags, he was told 17657.46. He asked why the out the door price was so high. The sales rep said his sales manager told him they had to add 1000 plus cost for certification. He the stated,how can that be when the vehicle is being advertised as reduced. The sales rep went back to talk to his sales manager, to only come back with 16987 as the cost out of the door. Basicly the advertisement was false because they are basically selling the vehicle for the same price it was a week ago. Prime example of a misleading advertisment.Desired Settlement: Yes,we would like to purchase that vehicle or another vehicle with the same equipment or better at the sales price advertised or less. Also the vehicle if not new should be certified without the hidden certification cost.
