I reached out to Pohanka Volkswagen via email to discuss car availability and pricing After stating that I was not interested in an expensive floor mat option package, SrSales Manager Ryan Poole responded to me by email calling me a "dipst" and a "big [redacted] loser."

Good afternoon *** ***I am the new general manager here at Pohanka Volkswagen I am currently reviewing any customer concerns that remain open First, please allow me to apologize for your experience not being the most pleasant I can't speak on the specifics the financial
transaction that you discussed, because I wasn't party to those discussions I can assure that any costs that are added to the advertised pricing on any of our vehicles are disclosed on the website Those include the reconditioning and processing fee Sales taxes, registration fees and loan interest are customer specific, and those costs are always in addition to any agreed upon selling price We collect those funds on behalf of the registering states, and interest is paid directly to the financing institutions It would be illegal to charge the interest rates that you've mentioned As stated, I wasn't here at the time to know everything that was discussed, but I would be more than happy to have a direct conversation My direct line is ###-###-####.With kindest regards,Kip D***General ManagerPohanka Volkswagen###-###-####

HORRIBLE!!! I will NEVER visit this location again!! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL business that I have ever been to The Customer Service is HORRIBLE! This is a new facility and I thought taking my car here for service would be a great thingWRONG! I took my car into the service department on Monday at 9:am My service rep "Jennifer" took my car in and I explained to her in detail the problem of my car Well she called me back on Monday afternoon to let me know that they had not been able to look at my car There is only one technician whom is able to work on Volkswagens and he is not here todayHe will be here tomorrow and he will work on your car first thing in the morning Okay, fine with meThings happen, I can hold off for another day Tuesday afternoon, I call looking for Jennifer; I’m told Jennifer is off todayI’m thinking, wow, she never told me thatShe could’ve at least directed to someone else who could take care of me during her absence Well after speaking to three different reps, I was told my car still hadn’t been looked at There are so many Volkswagens here and they come in from all over the MD, DC, and VA areaIt’s so many cars out there before yoursI don’t know when they going to look at your carI can’t even read the writing of JenniferI don’t know what she put on this paperThis is chicken scratch but I know this car hasn’t been looked atNeedless to say at this point, I have lost all little patience that I had I asked to speak with the Service Department Manager, Yaytonna B***, thinking I could get things done taking it to a MangerNope, wrong answer! She is just as BAD as her staff! I see where they get it from! Lies, after lies, after lies She proceeds to tell me that everyone else is wrongIt has been looked atThe technician needs help and is not sure how to get the light turned off So he has called a 1-number for Volkswagen that technicians can call when they need help I’m on the other end of this phone thinking "are you serious right now"??? What kind of CIRCUS is this?? Why are you operating as a Volkswagen dealership if you do NOT have anybody that can work on Volkswagen cars?? I have never heard of such foolishness! Yet, I say to Yaytonna, I’m going to give you all one more day I certainly hope you can rectify this situation and have my car fixed as expected when I dropped it off to you When I bought my car in, somebody should’ve have told me THEN from the very beginning that you did not have the manpower to fix my carAs a customer, I do NOT want to hear of your employee issues etcNone of that is my problemI’m spending money and expect to be treated as any other customer, with respect!! I call again this morning; once again I’m getting the run around regarding the status of my vehicle I start by speaking with Jennifer, Who proceeds to tell me that my car still hasn’t been looked at? The technician needs help and he’s waiting for another guy to help himI spoke with him myself this morning and I asked him to push your car in front of all of the other Volkswagens and get it doneNo mam, unacceptable! Let me speak with your manager now! I speak with her and she proceeds to give me another storyOh it has been looked atWe are just waiting for Volkswagen to call us back on the help line to see if he can get help from the 1-number! You have got to be KIDDING me is all I’m thinkingI have never seen such foolishness, LIES, and unprofessional business as this place! Why are you open and operating if you have nobody that can work on VolkswagensI told her I will be up there today to get my vehicle!!Then she had the NERVE to tell me that she hired a new guy that will be starting next week and that he can work on VolkswagensI told her absolutely NOT! I will NEVER return to this place again!!! First impression is everything! My first time here has been a HORRIBLE experience and I want NO parts of thisIf you want service other than an oil change, this is NOT the placeRUN and fast! I am proceeding to file complaints with corporate!
