This problem has been taken care of and the marker raisedDue to having a worker in and out of the hospital we weren't able to complete this as quickly as possible

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT SINCE ORDERING MY GRANDMOTHER'S HEADSTONENot only did I order the stone on 8/3/2016, they then fell off the face of the earth after receiving two payments totaling $After emailing and calling over and over they finally in October sent me a couple drawings of the stone with either mistakes in the size or etchingAt that point they fell off the face of the earth and stopped respondingThat is when I filed my first Revdex.com complaint on 11/23/They finally seemed to get it together and said they would be ordering the stoneThey told me it would take months and would put a temporary marker downLets fast forward to February when the stone should be inThe temporary marker was never placed and the owner told me that the stone was on a ship somewhere and was taking longer than expectedAfter calling and emailing over the next several months, the stone finally came in the middle of AprilThey called me the Friday before Easter, asking me to pay the final balance and would install April 17thMy mom went over to the cemetery two weeks later to find that the stone STILL had not been installed!!! When I called the owner, he claimed that his truck broke down with the stone on it and it was taking longer than for the repairHe said the truck would be fixed in the next day or two and would get it out thereWell it is now May 10th and SHOCKER!! IT STILL HASN'T BEEN INSTALLED!!!I want the stone installed this week before Mother's Day on May 14thWe have tons of family in town that will be going out to the cemetery to visit my grandmother and I want it to be there

We believe that the situation is rectifiedWe had different designs of different monuments going back and forthWe now believe that she has agreed to a larger monument and approved our designThe next step will be for her to approve the quarry's interpretation of the design we madeWe will
forward those to her as soon as we receive them for a double check of all informationThis particular granite comes from India so it takes a while for us to getWe have been in touch with the customer and have agreed to install a temporary granite marker at no charge until the time of delivery
