she ultimately satisfied the eviction doesn't change the fact that she was evicted in the first place. After considering this, along with the other information we received during the application process, we decided there was too much risk to accept her as a tenant. It's never easy for us to deny potential tenants but we feel that we need to have high standards in order to keep our communities a safe and pleasant place for our residents to liveWe do charge a $application fee to cover our costs to process the application. *** was told when she applied that the application fee is nonrefundable*** entered in to a private sale with the seller. We were not involved. If she hasn't received a refund from the seller for her $1,deposit, she will have to resolve that issue directly with the sellerSincerely Tower View
We are very sorry to the *** for the way their closing was handled. The lack of information and the misinformation that they received was a result of miscommunication amongst our employees. Some assumptions were made and we did not follow through to make sure the *** knew what
was going on.To clarify the situation, we do not process wire transfers. We use ACH as the form of electronic payment. Our bank puts a day hold on new accounts before we allowed to process an ACH to that account. This fact needed to be better explained to our employees and correctly explained to the ***. The person that processes the payment and the sales agent did not clearly communicate the payment date and the wishes of the sellers. We have talked to Mrs*** last week and overnighted the funds at her request. We apologize again for the delay and we are tightening up our internal procedures to prevent this from happening again.We hope that our recent conversations with Mrs*** and our actions have helped clear up the misunderstandingsWe apologize for the lack of communication and vow to do a better job in the future.SincerelyPioneer Homes
