1.[redacted] never stated that she would be moving across the country when we originally talked to her before her original move that happened on 6/29/16, we were told that she would be putting her belonging into storage. 2.[redacted] claims that she told us that “she would be moving in a few...

short weeks” when she originally called us to book her job. But her first move was on 6/29/16 and her 2nd move was on 1/22/17. Which is almost a 6 month window. 3. [redacted] claims “ I also retrieved my original receipt which clearly indicates that I did not waive my right to additional padding.” Which is true, but our contract is for moving furniture in our trucks. We padded her items to get to storage and then removed the pads because [redacted] didn’t want to pay for them. Everything was stretch wrap to keep the dust out but not to be moved across the country. 4. [redacted] also states that “A friend was present in Jan.” in which she had no idea what was going on. She told our crew that they do not want to pay for the padding. Since she did not have clear instructions from [redacted]. 5. [redacted] states “ I have tried to contact them to give proof but have received no response.” She emailed us on 3/8/17 and we emailed back on 3/9/17 and have the emails to prove that. 6. [redacted] states “Anthony called me a liar and told me to kick rocks” which is not true at all. Anthony told her “I could tell you to go kick rocks but I want to work with you on something that is fair for both of us. And the best we can do is refund your entire move. This is in no way indicating that we’re responsible, we just want to resolve this issue.” 7. We filed 2 different claims with our insurance companies as we stated in our email to [redacted]. Both insurance companies stated that since the items were not transported by Poindexter Moving we were not responsible for any damages that occur. They stated that [redacted] should contact POD for any damages that have occurred to her items.
