I am rejecting this response because:Mr.R*** H*** (SunilandFurniture ), Isn't accepting responsibility that he never mentioned at anytime that my interest rate would be 130%I would have never accepted nor signed a contract with 130% interest rate on anything regardless of what my credit wasThis doesn't justify a ridiculous rate that he failed to mention during our business transactionHe has the moral and business responsibility to tell a customer that their going to experience usury after days if the item isn't paid off in fullMrR*** mentioned to me during our conversation about this situation, that it's against his religion to deal with interest, which is even more of a reason he was supposed to mention this 130% interest rate to me. I have attached #of our contract that clearly states this type of shady business deal shall be set right if found that the customer is experiencing Usury (State of New Jersey interest limit shall not exceed 31.49%)There was a few red flags dealing with MrR***#1st he had me believe he could bring a particular living room set in for me, then for him to tell me it was discontinued.#2nd he shows a picture of a similar set, I mentioned to Mr.R*** I cant agree on something I haven't physically seen in personAll the while he has this finance agreement in place with "*** *** ***" for my furniture purchaseThe truth of the matter is MrR*** had to sell something to me, being he already signed me up for " *** *** ***" for a furniture sale in his store. Lastly, there could be many reasons why MrR*** says he never experienced this before in his + years of businessTo name a few, He suggested to me to try & work something out with "*** *** *** " to save myself the trouble, not everyone knows what to do or their rights, Many people don't have the time. The list can go onThe problem here isn't about affording the furniture, for me it's about protecting others from his business that he allows his customers to get caught up in pr***tory lending and Usury in the state of New JerseyIm taking this situation to this level not just for me, but to warn others about what can happen when considering doing business with Suniland furniture.

Dear [redacted]Suniland Furniture has received a compliant regarding Customer [redacted] .In  mid October 2017 [redacted] came into Suniland store to purchase  sectional ,mrs [redacted] was given different payment options ,Cash credit or our finance program . Once her name and...

information was ran she was denied to our [redacted] program but was approved with [redacted] .Mrs [redacted] was very aware and confirmed about the program ,My staff are very thorough and are instructed to explain and ensure that the customers have a clear understanding  .The program is very understanding 90 days to payoff the remaining balance without getting charge with interest rates. Now based on a customer credit history a interest rate gets calculated and addedafter the 90 days if their is a balance.
