The issue with this customer was addressed beginning May 17th by our manager in the Main Office named Brad Brad contacted the customer and reached a resolution with the firearm he was having issues withAbout a week ago, the customer agreed to send a letter or form to the Revdex.com to let them
know the claim had been reconciled
