Review: When I enrolled my representative agreed to a 36 month agreement. She marked thru the 60 month and wrote in 36 months. I have the pink duplicate copy they give you. I have moved from Louisiana to Texas. When I contacted the company and let them know I was not satisfied with their service mainly because everytime I call them I can not get them on the phone. I have to leave a message and most of the time I do not get a call back. I told them I would like to cancel my contract. However, they state they do not have anything that says a 36 month agreement. Now, since I told them I have the original paperwork I can not get anyone to call me back. If I can not get them to call me back, why do I want to trust the safety of my family to them. I feel this is a clear violation of the servicing agreement.Desired Settlement: Terminate our agreement immediately due to nonfulfillment on their part and poor customer service.

Review: For starters the customer service is horrible!I called to inquire about disconnecting the service. I am moving to another parish and building a house. I will be selling me current house in which the alarm system is located. I will be residing with in-laws until my new house is being built. There is no way for the service to be transferred. I was told that I would have to pay no matter what. I asked if there is a resolution, and the lady told me "pay or it will go to collections." I was talked to in a very disrespectful manner by a customer service lady and was told that a manager would call me back. I have never received a call. I tried to contact them again today and was put on hold for 8 minutes. I did not speak to anyone. I do not want to have any credit issues and want to resolve this matter. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want to speak to a manager and settle this account.

Review: I have an alarm company that I can't get in touch with. I need to reset my password on the app on my phone and no one ever answers or calls back. I have been leaving messages with the company and the answering service. The payments come out of my checking accounts so it automatically deducted, but if I want to cancel I have to speak with them. Their phone number was changed we were never notified, I just feel like I'm stuck with people I can't ever reach and they're ok with that as long as they're receiving their payments.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to allow me out of the contract. The people who are actually monitoring for them has agreed to let me switch to them and buy out the contract. They even tried calling the company for me, but they were unsuccessful as well.

Review: I ran a random test of my alarm system and was told by monitoring service contracted by company that their last report to Hawaii Police was in Feb/Mar. I called company and never received a response as to why my service had been cancelled without my knowledge to include why my payments were not being withdrawn from my account. Since then, company has disconnected phone number and I have no resolution and no alarm service not to mention the amount of money received for equipment purchase etc., for this alarm. There was a 5 year contract in place for this alarm service that is less than 2 years old.Desired Settlement: Since company has gone out of business, I would like a refund for all equipment purchased and activation fees for the contract since they failed to keep the contract for the duration of 5 years. The equipment is now useless and cannot be used for other alarm system I need to install.

Review: 7-3-2013 POINT REP. APPEARS @ MY DOOR,I TOLD HIM I ALREADY HAD A HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WITH SAFE HOME SECURITY HE TALKED ME INTO LETTING HIM LOOK AT THE SYSTEM ,I NOTICED A WIRE WAS JUST HANGING FREELY ,HE SAID IT WAS NOT EVEN ACTIVE, THIS SCARED ME .MY HUSBAND IS A DISABLED VETERAN WITH MANY HEALTH PROBLEMS WE HAVE THE ALARM TO PROTECT US AND FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO GET HELP,HONESTLY I KNOW LITTLE ABOUT THE SYSTEM OTHER THAN ARMING AND DISARM,HE CLAIMED THAT SAFE HOME WAS NOT LICENSED HERE AND HE COULD GET ME OUT OF THAT CONTRACT OR HE WOULD BUY THEM OUT,DUE TO THE WAY SAFE HOME GOT IN MY HOME I DID NOT TRUST THEM ANYHOW I WAS WITH VECTOR HOME SECURITY AND THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE ON THE PHONE WITH VECTOR AND MY CONTRACT WAS DONE,LATER I FIND OUT THAT CONTRACT WAS NOT DONE EITHER,POINT REP. CLAIMS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM TOO THAT THEY HAD WAYS OF NEGOTIATING THESE THINGS. I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT PAY FOR 3 SYSTEMS HE CLAIMED THAT THAT WOULD NOT HAPPENED HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS NOT FOR ME TO WORRY THAT I HAD ENOUGH TO WORRY ABOUT,WE HAD TO BE OUT OF TOWN DUE TO A DEATH IN FAMILY& CARE FOR MY DAD SEVERAL MONTHS,THAT REP.LYE TOO,I CALLED HIM AND HE CLAIMED HE FIGURED IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF ,I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD BEEN OUT OF TOWN DUE TO MY SISTER PASSING AND MY DAD HEART SURGERY THAT HE WAS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS MATTER NOT HE CLAIMED HE HAD A LAWYER FRIEND THAT MAY HELP AFTER THAT HE DID NOT CALL BACK I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN THEY LET ME KNOW HE NO LONGER WORKED THERE AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME.SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH POINT AND SAFE HOME AND VECTOR ARE STILL SENDING ME BILLS.IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN MY CONTRACT WAS NOT COMPLETE WITH VECTOR I NEVER WOULD HAVE WENT WITH ANYONE BUT VECTORS REP LIED TO ME ABOUT NO CONTRACT AND SAFE HOME CAUGHT ME WHEN I COULD NOT LET GO AT THAT TIME TO CALL AND CHECK ON THAT VECTOR CONTRACT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY,I HAVE BEEN TO CHANNEL 12 ON MY SIDE AND THAT DID NOT HELP ME.Desired Settlement: I WANT ALL THESE PEOPLE TO LEAVE US ALONE[POINT ,SAFE HOME AND VECTOR] I WOULD BE OK WITH COMPLETING MY CONTRACT WITH VECTOR BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED THAT SAFE HOME REPS WORD,BUT THE ONLY SYSTEM THAT IS IN MY HOME IS POINTS SYSTEM,VECTORS AND SAFE HOME SYSTEMS WERE TAKEN. Review: This alarm company installed a system In my house 9/2013, but before I got it I asked, if I was to ever call for anything will I be able to reach someone, the Tech told me yes. On 8/28/2014 for some reason my alarm stopped working as well the air in my house due to the fact that everything in my house in connected to this Alarm. I call Point Home and I got the answering service and they stated all they can do is pass a message and the company will get it tomorrow when they open. Im like its 8:30 pm and Im in Louisiana, its hot in this house and I have children. I feel that this company needs to do better as well provide an after hour service because for what I pay a month Im sure others are paying it to and they have the funds to pay a tech to work after hours. I end my contract alarm service with ADT to come to this company and I come to find out everything the tech told me was a lie when setting up my house alarm. Its 87 degrees out side and I live in a 2,100 sq foot house and its hot as hell in my house. My only option is to go get 2 hotel rooms so my family can sleep comfortable tonight.Desired Settlement: They need to fix my alarm so this will never happen again as well they need to pay me back for these 2 room Ive then booked.
