Good Afternoon, I am responding to complaint # [redacted] . [redacted] visited our establishment on 6/8/17 to purchase medication. We had one of our items special that he wanted which is the Blue Dream for $65. We also have a Blue Dream (different brand) for $95. He was show both and... chose the $95 item over the $65 item which ended up being $85 after is 10% discount for being a veteran. Patient returned to check the special board but did not contest or act disappointed in his purchase and left. Even though our specials are clearly marked, we have reached out to the patient to let him know we will credit the item he wanted and it will be noted in his account. We have not been able to contact him, he has not set up his answering machine. I just noticed his email address is on the complaint so I will send him an email letting him know the item is on his account and ready for pickup at his convenience. We pride ourselves on keeping out patients happy and hope this will make him happy. As for the ATM fee, the ATM only charges a $3 fee for a transaction and it asks the person taking out money if they approve the fee, which [redacted] did. He was able to leave and go to a terminal for his bank that would not charge a fee, but HE CHOSE to use the ATM on site.
