Review: I had purchased some raw refrigerated/frozen cat food. I was told I could return the unopened unwanted food, as long as it was still frozen, and I had my receipt. I had a very small fridge at the time when I stored this food, so the items were stored tightly together. So I paid for a ride to the store. I had the wrapped frozen food wrapped in plastic for insulation in a bag with ice in bags next to it to keep it frozen. When I brought the food to the store, the clerk refused to take the food back stating that one looked like it had been thawed when in fact the bottom was pushed in a bit from being stored in an extremely small freezer. Both items were still frozen, and the other log of food was fine with no pushed in indents at all. She didn't even offer to accept the one that had no problems with it back. So I was out $20 plus the $10 for the ride. I had a someone else look at these food items and they said they looked fine. When I called and spoke to the owner/manager, she sided with her clerks and was very rude and unprofessional with me, despite the fact I was told I could return them being frozen and I had my receipt as well. This is just not good business as all. Customers should not be treated in such a manner. I ended up giving the food away.Desired Settlement: $20.00 would be nice for my time and trouble here.
