For there a complaint against my business wouldn't a business transaction have to be made? This customer simply does not like my personality , not sure how that is any thing to do with the Revdex.com We are under contract with ***, [redacted] and USPS to enforce there standards for packaging The customer brought in a 6xplain paper envelope of her own to ship via United Parcel Service This type of envelope is ONLY suitable for mailing regular US Mail The customer was not willing to accept this fact and therefor I am rude In the end we have not conducted any business with this person , other than answering her 3x weekly questions of how many of her OWN stamps she needs to put on her mail So again zero business transactions, this is simply spiteWe have been in this location for 20+ years obviously with many loyal customers You simply can't make everyone happy and we have done our professional responsibility in this case The Revdex.com may proceed as they wish but this is a complete waste of everyone involved time

dropped off the letter Sept at 5:clearly after our posted pick up time of 3:30pmThe certified
letter was scanned as it should have been on our daily pick up Sept and clearly
delivered Sept
The fact this customer didn't even bother to contact us first is ridiculousThe fact that I have to defend
my business to you is also ridiculousI have sent the customer an email detailing the delivery of her
"important" letterDo what you wish I don't need customers like this anywayI have owned this
business for years and the customer is most certainly not ALWAYS correct

His response was unacceptable To say I am not a paying customer is not accurateI have paid for shipping may timesWHat I don’t understand is why offer services to send *** or fed ex but yet he wants to point out whether I pay or not This doesn’t excess his bad behavior What it sounds like to me is it’s okay for him to mistreat non paying customers He just proves my case Know what services you offer if you can’t afford to have customers drop off package with free postage then not advertise it A successful, thriving business wouldn’t be so petty they would be too busy and welcome everyone as a potential customer

Review: Certified letter paid for wednesday sept 24, 2014. this is Friday they have notdelivered to the postman yet. its an important letter i've waited two daysby the [redacted] tracking it has not been given to the postman yet! Why are they holding it?Desired Settlement: I want the letter given to the postman TODAY! its important it has to bedelivered!

I can't believe how stupid this complaint is. I have included [redacted] documentation clearly showing she

dropped off the letter Sept 24 at 5:09 clearly after our posted pick up time of 3:30pm. The certified

letter was scanned as it should have been on our daily pick up Sept 25 and clearly delivered Sept 27.

The fact this customer didn't even bother to contact us first is ridiculous. The fact that I have to defend

my business to you is also ridiculous. I have sent the customer an email detailing the delivery of her

"important" letter. Do what you wish I don't need customers like this anyway. I have owned this

business for 17 years and the customer is most certainly not ALWAYS correct.
