Review: Point Loma Scooters has had my scooter on consignment. The owner, [redacted], said that the scooter would sell in April for $850. He has not responded to any contact that I have tried since then. I have since retired and returned home to Florida. He accepted the scooter for consignment in April 2013.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive money for the scooter.

Review: I have bought a scooter 4 months ago. And I've never received the scooter title nor the license plate. I've called too many time the dealer to request the action to be done because I am temporarily in San Diego. I need to sell the scooter now. Not only he's put me in a complicate annoying situation but he also puts me in an illegal situation with the Californian Regulations. I called the DMV to find out if I can registered my scooter by myself, but they told me to keep asking the dealer. I have called more than 10 times and went 2 times at the store.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of the registration fees that is to say 86$. And register the scooter by myself.

All registrations takes up to 120 days to process. Customer had incorrect address and delayed the process even further. The registration has already been processed and can be verified through the DMV. There are no refunds of fees that have already been processed

Point Loma Scooters

Review: My scooter that I purchased form point loma scooters (PLS) quit working after about 200 miles. When I first purchased it there was a one year warranty on all parts with work to be performed by PLS. After contacting the owner, [redacted], about my problem well over a month ago, he has now decided to just completely avoid me, and my phone calls, as to wait out the year I would imagine. It's just kind of shady all in all- plus I never got my license plate from the DMV which also makes me think, now after all this, that he never actually paid the registration in the first place like he was supposed to. The very reason that I ever even shopped at PLS in the first place was the existence of this warranty.Desired Settlement: I would be more than happy with one of two outcomes: 1) just fix and register the scooter as was promised or 2) just take it back and give me a refund.

Review: I purchased a scooter over a year ago from this business and paid fees to have the business take care of CA registration through the DMV. To this date, after numerous phone calls and talks, this still has not been completed. Receipts have been kept from time of purchase.Desired Settlement: I need the scooter registered ASAP. The service was paid for January of 2013 and it still has not been completed.

Due to my illness I had to move to another state.Desired Settlement: I am now on disability and need the money to pay bills please he can keep $100.00 of it due to the inconvenient. I would like my money back please.
