Review: Hi my name is [redacted] Im writing 2 complain about and very upset with my landlord [redacted] I called Miss [redacted] this afternoon telling her that my air conditioner Isnt fixed this is the second time I ve complain about the air conditoner. When I spoken with miss [redacted] telling her I have a health issue dealing with the heat such as fainting and I suffer from anxiety this was her response to me around 3:45 pm she replied it isnt that hot outside today and I said this isnt a very good thing as me faintin I also have a teenage Daughter that also living in my apartment. And her other response was do you have family her and I replied no she also said she was gonna have it fixed by thursday on 10\02\2014 Ive been complaining. About th things that need to be fixed they take there time and come out about 3 weeks or a whole month I was very shocked today they came to look at the air conditioner. . I always made sure. I pay my rent and I feel like things should get done since paying 4things such as my door my peep hole fell out and I complained about that for 3 weeks until it got fixed .I also complained. About my locks they need to be changes because I have problems closing my door from time to time I feel I shouls have to go pay 25$ to change my locks. And I shouldn't feel like going to get a hotel room either..
