Review: I had agreed to work with [redacted] to view apartments. He had guaranteed me that the apartments he was showing me were no fee. I had seen 3 other apartments with him previously on 2 separate locations. One apartment he did notify me that there was a fee associated with the apartment. I did not sign paperwork on those dates. Today, June[redacted] 2013, I saw 4 apartments with [redacted] and my future roommate. He had again guaranteed me that the apartments he was showing me were no fee apartments. He then asked me to sign paperwork stating that he had shown me the apartments. He said it was to track where he had shown us the apartments. I saw that there was a disclosure saying that I was agreeing to pay a 15% fee on any apartment he showed us that day. When I refused to sign the paperwork because of this, he said that fee did not apply to any of the apartments on that list, and again stated that all the apartments were no fee apartments. I signed the paperwork. Then, the last apartment we saw, we put an application in for. As we were leaving. [redacted] then begins talking about me sending him all of my paperwork and that I will need to pay a fee for that apartment. When I was alarmed and said that was not what we agreed upon, he began getting aggressive and said that he did tell me that and I had to honor the commitment. I told him that he had guaranteed me no fees on any of the apartments we saw, and that I did not want to work with him anymore, nor did I want to continue the conversation. I then walked away from him.Desired Settlement: I refuse to pay any fee as he was dishonest about any fees associated with the apartments he showed us on 6/**/13. The only fee apartment that I saw and agreed to with him was on [redacted]. This apartment in question is on[redacted]. I do not want Point or [redacted] to contact me ever again and I will not pay any fee.

when I got the first letter in regarding this compleint I have contact [redacted] , apology for the inconviniance and made it clear that this is not the way we train our agent and/or doing business, I offered her immidalty our service of finding an apt for no fee regardless, then I realized that she made a complaint after she already submitted an applciation for remting an apt that our agent took her too.
