The view in the side view mirror is obstructed by a severe reflection from the interior AC vent reflection Nissan has refused to fix, or mitigate, the issue

Terrible, I've never been so blatantly lied to and sat through such poor serviceShame on me for allowing it as long as it did, how to minutes turns into 1-hours of waiting to get my interest rate back is a joke and this place should find better workers then Jeff and Mary

I was told after my credit was ran that we had a deal but the payment would be high, and then when I got a cosigner they said that made it worse, so I said all right I'll do it on my own then I said well you're not approved you need to put more money down so the salesman lied the finance manager lied very unprofessional business people wouldn't trust them to tell me the sky was blue and grass was green!

Purchased a KIa from this DealershipHad it serviced here only for the last yearCame here for oil change and Tire rotationRecent service in June the tech forgot to put oil into our carCalled Kia as oil light was on on my way home no return callEmailed them when I got home plus miles awayNo responseDrove it the next day and engine sounded like a band of metal under roofCalled dealership they asked if I can get to a repair shopI said no none in the area just want to get home safelyGot homeNO OIL in engine really They tried to make minor repairs which are not acceptable to us we want a new engine or a new car. They still have our car from JuneOnly provided a loaner if they are repairing the autoHad to get a rental nowNow going to Seek help through Attorney Generals officeSome customer service here unbelievableThey admitted their faultYour telling me they cannot afford to put a new engine into a car purchased from themMy daughter also purchased an auto last year from their Nissan DealershipThey were suppose to give us a loyalty for referring another buyer no one would ever return calls for this promotionJust sad how they are treating a World War Two VeteranThey even tried to sell us a new carNo respect for their customer

The service department continued to claim unnecessary work was due on my car I kept telling them what was needed The part that was needed was covered by the warranty! They waited until the warranty was over to say I was correctWell all was documented and they were going to pay me back for the brakes that I didn't need Instead they stopped answering me and never paidThe service manager left and the new manager was not honoring the notes I will never use them for another vehicle! They are crooks

This is actually considered a product/warranty/repair/ customer service issue
On July 18, my *** *** at 12pm broke down and wouldn't startI had to call roadside assistant through my insuranceHowever, I realized this was no small issue being that I just bought this certified used car from my local Abeloff *** dealership in Bartonsville, PA exactly a year agoI signed up to pay an extra $a month through my car payments to have a warranty contract through *** group, which I thought would be useful in times of needOnce my car broke down I decided that this car has not been in my possession longer than a year, so it should still be within the warranty guidelinesI called Abeloff and they stated they can tow my car in a take a look at itMy car was towed in and I had to call Abeloff about times that same exact day to see If my car got in, What's wrong with the carWhat were my rental car options ? When would they be able the car

I leased a vehicle from Abelof On the first day I went, I was told that I make he deal (trade-in) all I have to do is pay "this amount" and have a deal At that time it seemed to expensive so I left I returned on Monday to see if they can go lower The sales manager came to me and said if I CAN put down at least 500$ my payment can be lowered and they will take care of everything else "You have a deal and I made a sale." I said ok I signed When I gave them the check, he told me that my payment is due July I said why I just gave you the money for the first laymen He said no, it does not apply I was a little surprised because I immediate thought I was lied too to my SHOCK two weeks later I received the bill for outstanding payments and Wear and Tear Charges I immediately emailed to them I was ignored When I called three days later, I was told that the sales manager was no longer working there I emailed the financial manager Few days later he replied

I purchased a used vehicle from Abeloff Nissan in April of I was constantly told that the car was in great conditionTwo days after buying it, I took the car to a reputable body shop in my areaI was shown that the car was in a wreck, with plenty of proofI called Abeloff back and told them about this situation, and they denied knowing about this and told me to drive the car to them (hours away) so they could take a lookAfter a long drive, their body shop manager and finance manager both came outThey told me the shattered glass under the trunk mat could've been from anything, that is common for the trunk to close inpropery and that it would just need to be adjusted, and the reason for the paint mismatch could be from a bad factory paint jobThey printed the CarFax again and showed me, continuing to tell me that the car was not in any accidentsThen, a few months go by and I find that on AutoCheck, there was a reported accidentSo, I called them back and had my calls ignored and did not hear backI am willing to do whatever it takes to be compensated for auto-dealer fraud, and will get word out there to those looking for new/used cars, to go to a reputable dealership and not deal with frauds

Charged $for 'diagnostics' when my car was still under 36,mile warrantyAfter telling the service manager this should be covered, she stated, "you as the customer don't get to decide what is and is not covered under your warranty." And that she was "done having this conversation"After calling Nissan Customer Affairs, they informed me this should have in fact been covered and they will be reimbursing meTerrible experience and terrible employees who take advantage of loyal customers
