Point West Credit Union

Complaint: ***55I am rejecting this response because:Although it's true that I finally did get a copy of my up-to-date credit card statement, it took a long time to get it. I never learned how to get it. The third party the Point West Credit Union uses to supposedly access one's daily activity on the credit card is called EZcardinfo.com Although I had done exactly what Point West instructions were to contact EZcardinfo, this didn't work Darlene and the other woman who were trying to help with my problems were very cordial and nice, but a lot of things they tried to do at first did not work. Darlene (or the other woman, sorry I forget her name now) said maybe I didn't go to the correct EZcard name. We had to resolve that question, then we found out I'd done the right thing, just as I thought I had. Darlene did discover that EZcardinfo's phone wait time was minutes! EZcard is impossible to deal with, so therefore Point West CU is also not able to help a person to easily find out the daily balance on their credit card. I suggested to Darlene that Point West CU drop their relationship with EZcardinfo. She said, if I understood her correctly, that the CU would consider this at some future date, probably, I guess, when the review of contractors comes up againI think that's what she said. If Point West CU is trying to do business, then I would say they need to immediately terminate EZcardinfo for its incompetence. Darlene did block, then close my credit card, as I asked her to do, so that is good. I still would never recommend this CU to anyone.Sincerely,*** ***
