** *** has called into our office on multiple occasions His phone conversations with our office managers are described as rude, combative, agressive, and unpleasant to deal with Both of our office managers are prepared to write letters to that effect Our office managers
have done a very good job relaying his concerns to me, as well as his attitude In the one voice mail I received from ** ***, he was also rude, un-polite, and claiming he was going to withhold rent from us Now, dealing with *** *** concerns, first the dryer We sent our maintenance tech to the property to check it He ran it, the dryer spun, and the unit heated up He deemed the dryer working, cleaned the vent and called it good He did note that the dryer was on the delicates cycle when he arrived, but seemed to work fine on that and the higher settings Upon more "protests" by *** *** that the dryer still didn't work, we sent out an appliance repair company to check the unit I don't have the bill yet for their service call, but will be more than happy to provide on once received *** *** claim that he is paying to have access to the washer/dryer is not accurate No where in his lease, or either of the other two leases for that property state that Point West is providing a dryer He needs to check his lease I can provide copies of the leases if needed The washer/dryer was provided by the owner of the property as a convenience to all the tenants in the building If it not convenient for *** *** to use the machines, than he either shouldn't use them, or we could just as well remove the "inconvenience" from the property Note - *** *** is the only tenant out of ten at that property to complain about the dryer No compensation will be provided to *** *** for his use of said dryer. As to his claim of the door being a "fire hazard" are also not true The property was inspected on 1/21/by the Boulder Fire Inspector, and we were provided a letter from him noting NO VIOLATIONS at the property I can also provide this documentaion Point West is aware that the rear door to the property is in poor shape, and we have ordered up a new one Is a smaller size than a door, and had to be special ordered with a wait time of 2-weeks to come in. In the future, *** *** should try using courtesy when dealing with our office managers and other staff, he may find it will get him a lot farther than his current plan

I am rejecting this response because:Point West does not seem to understand the idea of customer service. I have to call 5 days in a row just to keep talking to the same unhelpful secretary. When Point West claims that they brought out "their" maintenance man, he did not fix the dryer (so that is a blatant lie) and I had to call again to get another technician to come out to check on the drier. The second Technician said that there was a problem with the machine and he fixed it. I am not trying to be difficult, but when I am told that the machine was fixed and it clearly wasn't, that is upsetting. Also in addition, Point West likes to claim that I am rude when I am trying to voice a concern about their property, I get hung up on. I am not sure why I can't ever talk to anybody except an unhelpful secretary and I have left two messages for the actual property manager and he has still yet to call me back even though I have left my information for him over 5 times.Ever since the beginning of December our back door has been broken and the point west repair man has acknowledged that. The reason it passed the fire inspection is because the fire inspector was told that it would be fixed within two weeks and now we are into the end of the first week of march and our door has not been fixed. Point West has even said to us that the door is not working properly and apparently a door was "ordered" months ago. This pains me that point west likes to seem so innocent with this whole situation but they lie to me and the other people that live in this residence. Also, a couple members of this house have had to fix the door ourselves since Point West seems so unwilling to do this. Also there is a 1 inch gap along the bottom of the door that lets in so much cold air in the basement when we still have to pay the heating utilities to compensate for the coldness.I am not unreasonable, I just don't like being told promises that they don't keep.
